Not really sure about this place. Was our first time trying it after seeing reviews and hearing word of mouth. The dinner menu is quite small. I ordered a steak that was mostly fat and gristle. Our fondue appetizer tasted…..odd. White unseasoned chicken chunks and cheese that tasted off. We found most of the dinner offerings to be quite random in their ingredients and preparation and found that most of them don’t really compliment each other very well, it was kinda all over the place. All said and done it Cost over $100 for two entrees and an app while drinking water and no dessert. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Wanted to love it. Been on my list of places to try. Sadly very disappointing. Great server. Otherwise food wayyyy over salted. Even carrots. The crab cakes were mushy and undercooked. Pasta with shrimp and sausage had 4 shrimp and 1quarter size piece of sausage. Salty! Pork loin again wayyy too salty. Everything tasted like it had been brined. Very disappointed.

Place is terrible. Never got the food we ordered. They acted like it was our fault that we never got food. Ambience and service is not worth the 6 items they serve. I do not recommend. Will not be back.

Poor steak (only one on the menu). More than half of it was fat and grizzle. Mentioned to the waitress and experienced a sigh.Disappointed with the lack of response and customer service.

Made a reservation 3 months before graduation. Called 3 weeks before the date to make a change, and found out the reservation had never been made. So now I have to scramble to find a last-minute spot to have a graduation lunch or dinner.

Paramount is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service has always been extremely quick even on days when the restaurant has been extremely busy.

Very unique dining experience. Upper class food offerings, but not stuffy. Tats on servers and chef was refreshing. Prices were good range for the quality and attention to presentation of our meal. Plans to return in the future and invite others to join us.

Food took nearly two hours to prepare. One person’s pork was completely undercooked, literally unsafe to eat. One person’s dish was cold, with dry fish and dry rice. I was served a dirty plate for my appetizer. We tried to be understanding but the whole experience was just awful, and then they offered us 40% off even though nobody was comfortable eating their entree given the obvious food safety disregard of serving undercooked pork. Just absurd. Then, the chef came out to clear the plates (that none of us would eat) and he was weirdly aggressive and rude. I don’t think he was the regular chef and I think he was alone in the kitchen, he seemed overwhelmed, but at that point you need to just close the restaurant for the night. Horrible service. Like actually mind boggling, I don’t understand what happened this night but it was unacceptable.

This place is billed as a Mediterranean restaurant and it's anything but. The menu is all over the place and seems to be suffering from an identity crisis and items are added to dishes without the concern of competing flavors or whether or not the composed dish actually makes sense. My partner and I chose this place because it was listed as pretty vegetarian friendly, the options were limited. We split the hummus and beet salad. The hummus was over spiced with tumeric leaving that dry, almost tannic feeling in your mouth. The beet salad was ok, just that. Our server was polite and attentive and helped get us out quickly. The woman who I assumed was in a management role was a bit cold and unfriendly.Edit after owner response: the Mediterranean listing wasn't from anything directly listed from the restaurant itself, rather a social media post related to fest 21 for close restaurants so I will give you that. The restaurant has no affiliation on how it's listed on something they have no control over. As far as the 'chickpea dip' goes, I'll die on that hill. It's essentially hummus, might not have tahini in it to make it a true hummus but it is what it is. It's even served with pita. Also one of the main spices in curry blends is tumeric. Just saying.

This was a few years ago now and maybe management has changed, but I still have a bad taste in my mouth so I wanted to relate the following. It was graduation 2019 and I had a party of 8 or so with a prepaid meal of around $50-$100 per person planned. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the timing wouldn't work, so I called Paramount to try to cancel and was unable to obtain a refund. Naturally, I was a bit upset at this point, as that's no small pocket change. But.."No worries", I thought to myself, naïvely I might add, I had a great plan! I called back and asked if I could simply grab the orders to go, which I thought quite an elegant solution. Sadly, I was informed they were dine-in only and I wouldn't be permitted to carry out. So my hefty expense was a sunk cost and money in the bank for Paramount. Nickel-and-diming anyone like this is a bad look and frankly disappointing for what I felt was one of the better restaurants in town. Disappointing.
