UPDATE:
Since writing the review, I have had experiences with inconsistency from company. Namely, I showed up 30 min from advertised close and they were already closed.

Recently went two days ago and it was open until 3:30 and now they’ve changed hours of operation without warning to 12:30 everyday.

The two girls working the truck were very sweet. The donut was super soft and tasty. And it is egg free so I can eat it! I got the French toast one and it did taste just like French toast. The matcha was also so good and not overly sweet (which was good bc the donut is sweet!). I’ll definitely be back and I’ll bring friends. Great addition to Gainesville.

Tried this place out on a whim since I was craving doughnuts, and so glad I did, the doughnuts were so delicious and unique (and so well priced for the amount you're getting!). I love the crunchiness and how layered the doughnuts are (similar to a croissant as others have mentioned). My favorite was blueberry hill and French toast. Highly recommend!

Great donuts and quick service. Kind of a cool location in a small park. Really interesting flavors.

not really a donut at all. not the texture of a donut. not the shape of a donut. no hole. pretty good but should not be called a donut. kind of like if you described a donut to a hipster and they just made it by memory. but it's not really a donut.

I have had a lot of “fancy donuts” and generally think “it’s good, but I would still rather have Krispy Kreme”. That was not the case this time. I’m not sure if these even count as true donuts, but the two that I have tried are the best 2 donuts I have ever eaten. It is like a cross between a beignet and a croissant in the shape of and dressed up like a donut.

Recommended dishes: French Toast, Churro, Sandy Beach

This location was a disappointment. I was so excited to try the Parlor in Gainesville after having these donuts out of town and loving them. The only employee working turned the fryer off over 30 minutes before they closed. So I walked up and was told it would be a 20 minute wait if I want a donut. I got my donuts 20 mins later, and they're good, just kind of frustrating after having a great experience in the Parlor location in Evansville, IN.

Finally stopped by here on my way to work after months of biking by everyday, intending to visit, and never making good on my plan. I am VERY happy that I decided that today was the day, because these doughnuts are lovely. Extremely pillow-y nside with a firm, well-structured outside, this is exactly what I love in a doughnut: neither too chewey nor too dense. And the flavors were just excellent. The bourbon caramel was maybe the most delicious glaze I have ever tasted. They are fairly sweet donuts, but it doesn't feel like I'm eating a mountain of sugar the way some (unnamed) pastry slingers's doughnuts tend to. The doughnuts ran $3.65 each when I visited, but it is a beast of a pastry, and absolutely worth the cost. I will definitely be returning soon.

Croissant-like donut, the base of the donut has a slight crunch to the exterior. Layered in appearance and bite. It is very good. The topping flavor appears to be the only variation from the base of the donut--however, I only sampled 5 of their donuts. The Christmas Cookie coffee wasn't great, unfortunately. I'll be back to sample the rest.

I got donuts from here twice and they’re absolutely DELICIOUS. My favorite is the double chocolate; the quality taste of the chocolate is so freaking good. 10/10

I went today to get a donut about 20 min before their closing time but they had already closed. If the hours of operation say they’re open until 3:30, then they should be open.

Really good yeast style donuts. Haven't tried one I didn't like.
