I have had PDQ several times. This is the worst location I have ever encountered. Ordered an original crispy chicken sandwich. It was fibrous and rubber. And for some reason, it was extremely spicy. No napkins, no condiments and no one asked anything. They just handed me the food close the window absolutely horrible.

Why would say you close at 10:00 and I pull up at 9:30 and the drive thru is blocked with chairs and the employees are inside giggling about it ? Bad customer service

I never had PDQ before now I'm a believer the grill nuggets were really good and fresh they're waffle fries were fresh and crispy the restaurant the staff were super nice the restroom was super clean as well as the restrooms
Extremely disappointed ….first time we had been there in awhile and it had really gone downhill. There were plenty of employees there but not working. One of the drink machines had no ice, there were three employees standing talking and laughing. I tried to get their attention until I practically yelled until one of them acknowledged me, told her about the ice, she said get some out of the other one. When we left after getting an unsatisfactory meal, there was still no ice and all of the drinks were nothing but colored water and sugar. Everyone was dumping their drinks and getting more.The tables, floor and inside the drink machines were dirty. Someone from upper management needs to pay this location a surprise visit. We won’t be back!
