I have had PDQ several times. This is the worst location I have ever encountered. Ordered an original crispy chicken sandwich. It was fibrous and rubber. And for some reason, it was extremely spicy. No napkins, no condiments and no one asked anything. They just handed me the food close the window absolutely horrible.

Why would say you close at 10:00 and I pull up at 9:30 and the drive thru is blocked with chairs and the employees are inside giggling about it ? Bad customer service

I never had PDQ before now I'm a believer the grill nuggets were really good and fresh they're waffle fries were fresh and crispy the restaurant the staff were super nice the restroom was super clean as well as the restrooms
The food was good and the assistant manager was nice but the air conditioning wasn’t working and the temperature inside was extremely uncomfortable.

Do not support this business model. A/C has not been working here for WEEKS - in the middle of the hottest part of the season in FL!! Cannot believe the workers have to put up with this. Corporate should be ashamed for allowing customers and workers to be in and out days on end with the store in this condition, especially considering the overpriced food. Avoid at all costs

Chicken tenders are the best extremely tender I also ordered a honey butter chicken sandwich I don't think I will ever buy that again they should replace chicken sandwiches and use the tenders not sure if that's an option or not I do Drive from the other side of the city just to get the tenders with honey mustard and creamy garlic dipping sauces with a large lemonade that's my go-to

I did Uber eats order and was disappointed with my experience. False advertising as I ordered tenders and got chicken nuggets instead. The sauces broke open in my bag and everything was covered. Only upside was the lemonade.
