Peppers Mexican Grill & Cantina

Food was okay, but would have been better if hot. We went in around 2pm, the restaurant was visibly not busy, yet we waited almost 40 mins for food that was room temperature. Our waitress checked on us twice, yet said nothing about the wait or when our food would be out, just if we needed refills. We eventually had another waitress come and ask us why we did not have food, and she grabbed it shortly after. I feel disappointed as it definitely had potential, but a long wait for food that was not hot was not anticipated. (We also only got two dishes - street tacos and a burrito).

Always great to visit this place, never been let down. My go-to lunch special is the Pollo Bandito, ask to add peppers&onions. 100% worth it.

This place was amazing!! First time here and I got the wings, they where perfectly cooked and sauced and addicting. The timing was fast and easy, waiters where nice and quick so overall it's an amazing place for a nice lunch or dinner.

Peppers truly is a must see, must taste experience!!! The people are awesome, the food is great and the service time is amazing! We were seated immediately and served warm chips and tasty salsa. Mmmmm! You’ve got stop in and say hi and try their authentic Mexican cuisines!! Also we got 2 for 1 draft beers any size!

The only redeeming aspect of my experience here was the taste of the food. The service was slow, unhelpful, and inattentive throughout the majority of the meal. When our food was brought to the table, it was done in waves, and we were made to feel like we were in their way despite the restaurant being less than half capacity. The physical plant of the restaurant itself was lackluster at best. Seating was cheap and uncomfortable. I would love not to go here again, but I am pretty stuck since one of our family members loves the place.
