Absolutely, hands down, my favorite restaurant in Gainesville. You can taste the love put into every dish. The best hummus I’ve ever had. Vegan and vegetarian options were a big selling point for us.

Hidden gem. Fantastic food. Very small dining area, but we were great with a party of five. Highly recommend for quality food. This is not a fast in and out kind of place. Each dish is cooked fresh and served piping hot. The chef came out to check on things several times. I had the borscht, hubby had the pirate pocket (mushroom & potatoes) son had kebab, kids had German hotdogs. Everything was soooo good!

Hidden family-owned gem in the west side of Gainesville! Food is fresh and made to order, so the longer wait time was expected. Our server Carter was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the gyro and the malva dessert and both were very filling. Last time I was here I ordered the kebab and honey cake which were also good. The pirate theming is fun. Will definitely be back!

I have eaten here twice in the last month. It's my new favorite restaurant! The quality, freshness, taste and appearance of their delicious food can't be overstated. It's family run, and they are very friendly and willing to discuss the dishes. The dishes are prepared to order; nothing is pre-made. I thought that our dishes arrived reasonably fast considering the care given to preparation and presentation. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is the seating is pretty limited: four 4-tops only with a small bar counter that maybe seats 4. So, it fills up fast now that word of mouth is spreading. It's a treasure! My advice is to patronize this restaurant, you're going to love it.

We were passing through on our drive home from vacation. My husband and I had two toddlers with us. The owners were so nice and patient with our kids running around the restaurant, even gave them a toy gun and hat to play with along with a few other toys.
We ordered chicken and fries for our kids. Chicken kebab for myself and hummus and kafta kabab for my husband. The chicken was the most tender chicken I’ve ever eaten! Our food was absolutely delicious and if I'd lived in Gainesville I would definitely be a regular customer!! Love love love the food. 10/10 recommend! Great little hole in the wall that deserves to stay in business. Go check them out!
