The food was amazing, I got the Waffles Chaat. They were so flavorful and had the right amount of spice. Only merp was the inside was hot because of the open kitchen but well worth it for the food!

Good spot to eat. Ordered smoked salmon toast and chicken & waffles, they tasted good. However, the chicken & waffles came with a piece of hair. We tried to tell a staff that there was a piece of hair, but we were told it is just a string from the maple syrup. It was long and slightly curly, that was definitely a hair. They gave us new chicken and waffle with syrup on the side as if trying to prove to us that it wasn't a hair before. Very odd thing to do. And waffle was very salty we only ate the chicken. Overall, food was good. Service maybe not the best.

Shout to HASS Kitchen for an amazing breakfast!! First I very rarely eat breakfast since I’m either at work or sleeping in on the weekend. I’m thrilled to had finally gotten the chance to visit and indulge . It’s called “ Crazy Rich Asian Benedict “ sided with Avocado fries. Whoooo. I explain it , close your eyes and concentrate on these flavors. House billionaire bacon, poached eggs, arugula, AO Nori, Orange supreme, gochuchang hollandaise with giant brioche . Hello, and good morning it was. This dish made skillfully by Chef Ohm who has years of Thai cooking and restaurants experience. It showed and caputured sweetness from the honey, spicy from the gochuchang hollandaise and arugula and texture from the brioche . Huge portion too . Of course I had to try the avocado fries accompanied with a pineapple chili sauce which creaminess was amazing ( I’ve never had that ). The restaurant focus on flavors, thai, vegetables as well as having gluten free & vegan dishes. Bravo my friends. You made my day ! Nartpat Sintupanpratum

A nice, quiet breakfast/brunch spot that is serving up everything avocado! I had the mushroom toast made vegan and boy was it hearty and delicious. It's not your average avocado toast, this is a LOADED toast! It also has a very cozy atmosphere for outside seating which would be nice if it wasn't so hot this time of year. I would also love to see a vegan protein like tofu eggs or direct substitute for the animal products used in the vegan customizable dishes. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my time here!

I love the food; it's excellent. The place is rustic, but if you want a hideaway, this is it.

All the workers were working super hard the whole time we were there. I got the eggs benedict and thai tea matcha which were both great!
The prep and presentation of the food was nice too.

I ordered the vegan falafel avocado toast and a coffee and it came out to $18. The toast was a single slice of sourdough, with a beat root spread, sprouts, avocado, and three falafel balls. Coffee was self serve with unlimited refills, but came in a tiny mug so I had to get up every five minutes to get another. When the food came out, it had tzatziki all over it when I had explicitly asked for veganized. I felt bad having to send it back and waste the food, but I can’t eat that and I already spent the money on it. When it came back corrected, it tasted good, but not $18 good. I will more than likely not be eating here again.
Everything had some kind of avocado product in it. Not bad but eclectic. I had their interpretation of a croque madam. Their bechamel was inside the sandwich, as previously mentioned, not bad but different. Staff was cool, no table service.

New America Cuisine at Hass Kitchen is So underrated. I had the Crazy Rich Asians Benedict (house billionaire bacon, poached eggs, arugula, AO nori, orange supreme, gochujang hollandaise, on a giant brioche tower) as well as Deep Fried Karaage Style chicken.
The ambience was delightful, for a Sunday afternoon, I was surprised it wasn’t as packed, meanwhile many other poorly run brunch spots had 30 minutes waits? Don’t tell me the good people of Gainesville are more memorized by bland food than enjoying the flavorful selections this restaurant has to offer.
For someone who is actually culinary gifted, and not shopping for overpriced avocado toast, this restaurant was such a WIN and truly needs to be more appreciated.
I wish a location was in Orlando, but honestly I will make the drive again for this place alone.
High score 9.9/10 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Edit: Though the name has changed it did not change how fantastic the food is! My husband and I went out of our way to eat here on our most recent trip to Gainesville. YUM! I wish we had been able to try more because the menu looks great and very carefully curated. Cooked to order and with FRESH ingredients.
Talk about excellent! Such a cute and quant little eatery. The food was amazing! I went with a party of 5 and we all had something different. Every single item we ordered was delicious! My favorite was the Grits and Pork Belly dish, I could eat that every day of my life. Food was cooked to order and the ingredients were fresh. We all loved the chicken and waffles. The chicken was hand breaded and so crispy and juicy. We also had the French toast(plated so beautifully!), t.a.b.l.e. sando(perfect pairing), steak and eggs(seasoned to perfection). Most of us were from out of town, but we will definitely visit this restaurant next time we are in town!
Also, try the Ice cream!!! Sooooo good. Seriously!
I want to see this restaurant succeed, top notch culinary genius.

Very cool place for Mother's Day. Not necessarily the best choice for kids or unadventurous eaters, but staff was very accommodating to make choices for kids. I loved it, kids probably wouldn't ever go back.
