every time i go to the location on north main street there is always something i have to go back for every time i eat there. then the last three times i have been there my account was charged more than my purchase was and when i tried to get it fixed they hollered not their fault but i proved it with my banking that they did and not just once. They dont know how to cook at all or follow directions very well. i message corporate about this and i still have not recieved any rectification or response. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN OR ANY OTHER LOCATION IN Gainesville Fl

The food was fresh, hot and well prepared and the customer service was great at the Main Street location!!

It has been around a long time. It’s Pizza Hut, great tasting establishment.

Order my food offline n my order was wrong. Call them on the phone with them on hold for 30mins so I hung up to call them back n they put my on hold once again. I stayed on hold n drove myself back to Pizza Hut still on hold to see what was going on. Got up there let them know I was on hold n drove way back to their business because my order was wrong. Well they didn't care waited for another 40 minutes for my food and the pizza still wasn't right. The worse experience I ever had.... I will NEVER go to Pizza Hut again. I spend way too much money for terrible services. This is the Pizza Hut on Main Street in Gainesville Fl

At the best customer service the greatest tasting food love everything about it everybody had a smile on their face

The maker didn’t have on any gloves, Cashier didn’t wash his hands, as he was assisting the maker. Then he called a lady because he gave her the wrong order just for the lady to come back to give the pizza to another person, which is nasty why not remake it? That’s not the customer’s fault she could have contaminated it. I almost said something but if the customer didn’t see a problem I didn’t either. It was not right

I have ordered from may pizza huts and never had a wrong order to get sent to me until i ordered while on a stay in Gainesville Fl, and when i called to tell them i was put on hold twice, .30 min the first time and a full hour the next, the call center they use were very rude and the store management couldn't be found, $36.00 i feel used and next time i will stick with papa johns

The pizza here was great and the store was clean and in a convenient location.

Good pizza but the drivers like to add their own tip without permission

My pizza was dry an hard I wasn't able to eat any of it the worst pizza I have ever eaten I won't be coming back there again an I will be telling my family an friends not to get there I an very disappointed in what I got ?!!!

Cashier took my order then, without washing her bare hands, went and made my chicken Alfredo pasta with no gloves. I was sure to pray over my food but was definitely grossed out.

Worst service ever. Ordered a pizza on July 4th, received a notification that door dash would be handling my delivery, which I thought was no issue as I had not had any issues with door dash in the past.I was contacted by the door dash driver a few times getting delivery help, she was always pleasant, but when I received my order there were some items missing. I called her and she said those items were never give to her, but she would be happy to bring them over if needed.I called the store and was on hold for 15 minutes before I got someone, when I told them I had an issue with an order I was again out on hold.After getting someone on the line they answered the phone saying “delivery or carry out” I said there was an issue with my order and I wanted to talk to a manager.“That’s me”“Can I get your name?”“Meme”I described the situation and she said “I don’t know what to tell you I gave the guy your food”“Well my food was delivered by a woman and I bought this from you as the merchant so can you tell me how you plane to reconcile this?And then she hung up on me, after being on hold for around 20 minutes and never receiving parts of my order.This was beyond rude.Plan to never order from this location again.

Our business order was 45 minutes late, and they brought us the wrong pizzas. The pizzas were room temperature and not fresh.

Horrible experience. Never received my food then when I reached out to the store I was hung up on multiple times
