Pizza Hut on Archer Road is dynamite. Food is always hot and fresh and thier pizza is the BEST. Great and friendly staff, food IS ALWAYS AMAZING.Keep up the GREAT TEAM, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

Pizza Hut came through for ya boy 2 days in a row and both days the food was delicious. What put the cherry on top was the delivery driver. Didn't get his name but the black guy was on point with the delivery time and everything was nice and neat. He also had a really good attitude even in all this heat we been having. People like that makes you wanna come back to an establishment. Would give a 5 but them bone in wings are pricey for 6. I settled for their 75 cent boneless wings that were just as good.

Avoid this location. There was multiple hairs in my pizza got home and called immediately. Was given a "credit" to use on my next order but now the manager claims it expired in 30 days. Totally unprofessional.

Staff was EXTREMELY polite, nice, and respectful. The restaurant was very clean. Even after explaining all of the deals had to be ordered online, they still took care of all our needs for dine in. Food came out exceptionally hot with a great amount of topping and cheese. Will definitely pay this place a visit again

I’ve been here a few times for take out, the pizza is usually undercooked. To recall one time where there was a wait for quite some time and they were only serving one customer. Other than that, staff seemed nice and the location seemed fine too!

Please do not go to the Pizza Hut on Archer Road in Gainesville. I purchased one sizeable supreme pizza and a personal pan pizza to go. I asked for a couple of Parmesan cheese packets and was denied any. I asked for one single packet, and I was told no and that I would have to buy one. What happened to the free condiments for your order?
Cancelled my ubereats order saying they were out of something on my order and when I called to place a delivery order through them they miraculously had everything I wanted in stock.

Never received the order they sent it to the wrong address tried calling to get it fixed couldn't get it fixed they sent it by a 3rd party company for delivery and gave me the run around about my $67.00 first bad experience I ever experienced with them and have yet to be reimburse.

just ordered a larger pizza for my son for pick up, man took my order and everything told it would be ready in 15mins, I get there and nothing was placed in the system for me! I'm mad as hell at this point because they never made my pizza at all!!! I went over across the street to Hungry Howie and they made my pizza for my son in less than 10 mins, thank you Hungry Howie, you have my business for now on!!

The Pizza Hut on archer rd I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as this . The pizza took over an hour was delivered cold and we didn’t get our wings we paid for then when we call we get hung up on while still talking not even being rude. I’m amazed at how poor that Pizza Hut is being run
