I was disappointed by the service at this location. My kids receive book it pizza certificates for reading in school. They are emailed digitally to me. I follow the instructions for ordering the pizzas correctly. I have never had an issue until coming to this location. I was asked where my printed coupon was and I said I didn't have a printed copy, but I used the online code to order. She said, "well you're supposed to print it." I checked and no where on the email does to print it. I showed her the email and said I could provide the redemption code. She told me the code doesn't help her at all, but she can't keep her employees honest if she doesn't have the coupon printed. That doesn't seem like a customer problem, if I am following the instructions given to me. It is also a pretty low view of your employees. Maybe hire better candidates?

This is absolutely my favorite Pizza Hut. Every time I get pizza here it is hot and delicious. My brother visited from Alabama and said their Pizza Hut is not even close to how good this one is.

Pizza Hut started using door dash. Now my deliveries are basically throwing a dart in the dark of where it gets delivered.
They also use door dash while you have no idea where your dasher is at because it doesn't track in the pizza hut app or door dash app. Leading to hours to get delivery. I'd recommend using other pizza restaurants

Just go to Domino's. Pizza Hut will make you wait an hour and then bring you the wrong food. It's a great way to waste your lunch hour. Also they need to hire delivery drivers and stop using doordash. Matter of fact just close this location down.

We ordered onion and green pepper on a large. There just wasn't enough on top side of the crust. How much money can save by skimping on onions and peppers? Do we care about return custlmers?

I called on to place a carryout order some one named Mark answered I asked was there a reason my phone number was needed when I was coming to pick up my order he hung up I called back and the phone was hung up again please give your money to someone else I would complain to management but they are probably just as bad lucky for me there are other pizza spots that will gladly take the money with better customer service

Don't hold the “atmosphere" rating against them! This is strictly carry-out or delivery! We went right after Helene ripped through Gainesville and they were CRAZY busy serving many who were without power looking for dinner and yet they got us our pizza as quickly as promised, it was the best pizza I have had in months and my only disappointment was that they were “out of” a couple of ingredients I would have chosen. Buvunder the circumstances it is TOTALLY forgivable. I say, if you want good pizza, choose this Pizza Hut!!
