Great pizza every single time I order lunch! I work in the same plaza so I eat there often and they never fail to provide the same good food every time. They're busy all day, and I've never had a late order.

ORDER ELSEWHERE! From the other reviews, it looks like you shouldn’t order from this Pizza Hut anymore, and we are another account of poor customer service. We ordered and paid extra for a Pan Pizza, and received regular crust. OK, no big deal right? So I called to see if they would fix it. The only option I was given was to drive to the store to swap it out for a new pizza. Sort of defeats the purpose of delivery. So they (the manager) told us there was nothing else they can do. I was understanding, but an unhappy customer. If it were good customer service, they would have at least refunded a portion of the extra money we paid for the pizza, but that wasn’t offered. Be warned that this Pizza Hut location is really not doing much right nowadays (which is sad bc we used to like Pizza Hut), so order from another location or opt for another pizza shop until this location does better with their customer service.

Ordered my food online I get to the store immediately they tell me the system shut down as I watched the guy at the register go back in forth from register to the back with the same gloves touching counter tops and the register as well as prepare food without switching gloves I’ve waited 15 additional minutes as he try to reboot the system and go in the back to get someone he tried to open the register couldn’t get it open again mind you with the same clear gloves they finally get the system up he cash me out at this point give me a credit or something smh!

So I ordered a pepperoni pizza online. Pick it up, get home, it's a cheese pizza, now I realize the receipt said cheese pizza, but I did NOT order a cheese pizza, I wouldn't of ordered a cheese pizza, never in my life have I ever ordered a cheese pizza, that being said ,I don't know what happened, I call them, man argues with me on phone, til l finally says to bring it back he will get me a pepperoni pizza, get back there, take pizza, walking to car, man comes out, telling me it's a cheese pizza, I said I know I ordered a pepperoni pizza, he said receipt shows cheese pizza, when we talked on phone I thought you said you ordered a pepperoni pizza, I explain "WHAT, Yes I ordered a pepperoni pizza", he says well I just gave you a cheese pizza!!! Why would you give me ANOTHER cheese pizza? He snatched pizza outta my hand, turns around, walks away. I sit outside waiting, comes out hands it to me..I APOLOGIZE for the confusion, he says NOTHING, turns around walks away, I tell him to have a good night, he again, says nothing. Needless to say, he was extremely rude, & messed up, not one pizza, but 2, and hour and a half later, I finally got a pepperoni pizza. Don't go here

They should be ashamed of themselves. I’m almost forty years old and have probably ordered pizza thousands of times in my life. This goes down as the most humiliating order I have ever received. The personal pan pizza and breadsticks were burnt with stale and hard cheese but the “breadsticks” were not even breadsticks. There are supposed to be ten of them and all I got were two huge squares of hard, burned cheese. Adding insult to injury is I was traveling, getting to a hotel late and hungry and because of this order I remained hungry. I wish so badly I had just ordered dominos or papa johns instead. I called Pizza Hut after this delivery to explain just how bad it was and they did nothing. I don’t know why the receipt has a spot for someone to “check” it if no one is going to. Please teach your employees that these meals that people order are people’s dinners meaning the people have to eat them. If they are too disgusting to be eaten, the people don’t eat dinner and will probably never order from your store again. I will definitely accelerate this to corporate because there is definitely a margin of something being not ideal but passable and this I would not even feed to a dog. Please re-train your employees and do right by your “customers”.

This location is horrible. Ordered at around 4:30 through the Pizza Hut app but didn’t get it until after 6:30. Got notices from Pizza Hut that it was out for delivery and then notices from DoorDash that it hadn’t even been picked up yet. Called the Pizza Hut and the woman who answered the phone didn’t know anything about the order and wouldn’t check. When DoorDash finally delivered it they dropped off outside the door of the apartment complex office which was closed and not my apartment. My apartment number was on the order, the DoorDash person drove right past my apartment to get to the office. The driver never even contacted me. Also the order of wings was missing and one of the pizzas was made wrong. I will never order from them again. I always have issues with this Pizza Hut location. And DoorDash is horrible too.

This store sucks. Don’t waste your time or money. The service is beyond lousy. They use DoorDash for delivery so you won’t get your complete order. And they don’t take your phone calls you won’t get a refund. This company needs to go out of business. Total bullshit.

I ordered the pizza and request on the counter to make it clean cut on cutting table the girl name was Anna. And in fort of me she used the same knife which she used to cut the pizza before me and when I asked her why you didn’t use the clean knife to cut my pizza she start arguing me and told me she has two knives one for medium and one for large and instead of making new pizza for me she returned my money very bad customer service and she don’t know what is clean cut mean she try to explain me clean cut mean cutting each piece evenly for God sake train yours employees
I love this pizza hut they’re always super friendly and they always get my order right. I love how they wear gloves when preparing food and I always see them washing their hands which makes me feel safe to order and keeps me coming back

Requested contactless delivery and the driver still knocked on the door and waited for me to open it. The pizza was not good. Their pan and stuffed crusts are so bad now. Even though their toppings are still good, the dough ruined the whole taste experience because it was so tough and dry. Like cardboard.

I ordered wings and what did I get? That’s right. ?ALL DRUMSTICKS.? Not a single wing in my “wings” order. Not to mention the boneless wings are made up of chicken so fake it just tastes like 80% bread. Time to take those fraudster wings off the menu fraudsters.
