The service at the chiefland location is the slowest place I have ever gotten fast food. We waited 30 minutes in line one day and it is always slow. Except yesterday, on my birthday, January 28th, we ordered on the app we went through and the gentleman at the window was wonderful, he made sure we had the extra sauce wanted and the food was fast coming out. Wish I had gotten his name, he deserves a pat on the back. I hate this location because we always have to wait a long time....
The customer service is really good and the manager is is nice aswell and the food is always fresh just don't like that thay run out of chicken on the bone

Have been here several times prior to this review. I always noticed a young man in the front working very hard keeping the line down, coordinating with the rear line and the workers in the back. His name is Malik.👍❤️ Malik seems to be a key employee and a star 😁 team member.
