Was a wonderful experience the cashier complimented my name which the people don’t usually do and spelled it right then gave me extra cheese for my fries because I had waited all day for fries that had been discontinued just 10/10 staffing. 100% going to go back. Oh also great food.

Great fries and chicken nuggets, with a bunch of complementary dry-rubbed flavors to choose from. Good portion sizes for the price, and prepared fast. Employees are extremely friendly. Two thumbs up!

Loved Potato Hub! Today was my first time there. The fries were really good and they wrote my name out in cursive and even left me a note with a heart. It's the little details like that and caring for the customer that make good companies. Will definitely be coming back!

Honestly the best fries and service I’ve had in Gainesville in a long time. Staff is super nice and the choices for each type of fry is beyond wild if you like taking your taste buds on good roller coasters. 10/10 recommend potato hub ❤️

This small little restaurant is located very close to UF campus! The location makes it convenient for UF students to just walk over for a late night snack. Whenever I studied at the library, I'd make sure to stop by and get myself some fries before I continued. I would recommend trying out the sweet corn fries. It's salty yet sweet, providing a unique twist to just normal fries. They also have a variety of other flavors! The nicest part is that they always write you a cute little note on the bag that you order :).

Not sure why it took me so long to try Potato Hub, but I'm glad I finally got to try it! The fries are made fresh and service is quick. I've tried the Buttered Cheese a couple times and the Honey Butter flavor. The fries are crispy and they are covered with the perfect amount of seasoning. I'm excited to try other menu items and other flavors!!
