Restaurant is very pretty. Hostess was accommodating on table choice. Wait staff was very nice. Pork belly and firecracker shrimp appetizers were good. Onion soup is not traditional and flavorless. Steak tidbits were served cold. Filet was cooked perfectly and served hot. It was graduation night it could have been that the kitchen staff was overwhelmed.
Unfortunately, there was a fire in the kitchen during our visit. We were all evacuated. Unfortunately, after some time outside a gentleman came over and just told us sorry, we're closed. I understand that it was a unique situation, but we were not offered to reschedule or plan of action to come back another day. We've been to P&P before and we usually enjoy the experience.
My wife went and I were celebrating her birthday, it was a lovely experience for both of us. The wait staff was very pleasant and professional. The food was cooked well and served at good temperatures. We would like to thank our server Jess, for a pleasant experience.
Amazing steak, incredible brussel sprouts and I love the cheesy bread with the blueberry butter- SO good!!!
Server was amazing. AMAZING! Our table was literally right by the kitchen and bathroom hallway so the amount of times my chair was kicked was ridiculous. Management was hovering but not to check on us however we got to hear every small issue with other tables. Server 10/10. Placement was awful. It was an anniversary dinner and they left a very cute note. Do better management. Both from fine dining. We know better.
This was our first time at the Prime and Pearl. It is a real gem, located in a lively area with other shops and restaurants. The whole experience was one we look forward to having again soon.
This was a surprise birthday dinner, and we were not at all disappointed! Wonderful dinner!
Not sure why they ask if you are celebrating something when they don't even acknowledge it. Last year we went to Spurriers for our Anniversary and we were given a glass of champagne and a very nice card from Steve and his wife about love. Here they did nothing. I will consider Prime and Pearl for great food, but I will plan my special occasions elsewhere.
Awesome food. Great people. 5 stars
Let me start off by saying I have been to Prime and Pearl at least 6 times. This last experience was the worst of all. Had reservations for 2 people for 430pm on a Saturday evening. We were seated almost immediately. Food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Half way through our meal, we noticed some shuffling around of Tables next to us. Realized they were trying to make accommodations for a large group of patrons. The problem arose because the spaces were too small so me and my friend were asked to move..the asst manager "Alexis" came over to our table and said and I quote "I can help you guys move to the next table if you like". The tone and mannerisms of this young lady was no where near professional and I do understand they have a business to run but why accept all the overlapping reservations for the times when the the space is small. Also, there are ways to address this kind of issue without making it awkward. We chose to go ahead and leave i looked at the time and we had literally been there for 1hr 28mins. We never got to see the desert menu or even order anything additional. The waitress advised that typically, they only "allot a 1hr 30mins time frame for a dining g party of 2". I made it known that we had only been there for 1hr 28mins, also that I had been to this restaurant many times with large group and small groups. They did take off the drink off the price but as we walked out, I noticed people who were at their table still eating who were there before us. So that begs the question of the time limits for 2 people dining. I hope you all can do better!

Simply amazing! The perfect restaurant for all those special occasions or even if you just prefer a fine dining experience!
Food dishes are crafted beautifully and the flavors are amazing. The steaks are aged and seasoned to perfection
Service is top notch and the atmosphere has a quiet ambiance with well spaced seating so not to be disturbed by other guests.
Best restaurant in NCFL!

A somewhat limited menu keeps Prime and Pearl off the top-notch rung. Extremely focused on the prime side of their offerings, customers may feel hemmed in by the very limited alternatives. That said, what the menu does offer are consistently excellent meat dishes accompanied by well structured sides. There are few variations from a traditional steakhouse experience, but the execution is nearly flawless. The atmosphere is the slightest bit cold and the dining area has an unusual amount of empty space. An upcoming expansion might sharpen the ambiance. Expect to pay handsomely for the experience, which will meet almost all expectations.

Spouse and I dined last night for our 4th anniversary and I have to say the experience was absolutely fantastic. Pauli who attended us was very friendly and detail oriented. Asked us what was the occasion so we shared we where celebrating. The bone-in New York steak was phenomenal that paired with the au gratin potato and bourbon mushrooms was a great combination.
