Primo Hoagies is probably my favorite sub chain. This one met corporate standards well. The guys working were super nice and helpful. The Nona’s veggie is the best veggie sando at a chain, honestly. Add long hots to make it really good.

Only 1 person working on a Monday for Jury selection. Placed ordered 12:55. Left 131 with no sandwich made to make it back to court on time for Jury Duty. Owner should be ashamed of themselves allowing only 1 employee to work. Lady working was great but should not be put in that situation.

Staff was really nice and professional but the food sucked. Bread was stale and veggies on the sub were rotten with brown lettuce and mushy tomatoes. The food was also over priced and to top it off, parking there is impossible.

I ordered through Uber eats so I can not rate anything but the food at this time. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was delicious. The only thing I wished it had was more cheese. But the flavor was awesome, brought me back to the subs I used to eat when I was young and lived in New York.

First, I'd like to say that Primos is delicious and legit. I'm from the Philly area, so I have some knowledge of what a hoagie should be. But this location just can't seem to get an order correct. Of my 5 orders, 4 have been wrong in some way. So I do not believe there will be a 6th. Maybe someone else will take over, or another location will come to the area, so I'm able to get what I ordered and enjoy their amazing seeded rolls.

Went to Pick Up a Doordash order. The 2 employees were literally running around yelling at each other & playing not making any food. Even after I told them I was there for DD. I left & advised the customer to order somewhere else. This place sucks.
