The Queen's Arms Pub

It's my type of pub with authentic looks and cheerful service. I really appreciate Old Speckled Hen and Smithwick's on tap. I didn't order any food, but the orders that passed by me were appealing.

Stopped in on our way out of town and had a great time hanging at the bar talking with Deborah! She was so friendly and personable. We learned she just took over the restaurant, and are hoping for all the success. We also had a really good breakfast that morning!

The live music is always great to listen to. The service has always been amazing every time I have been here. Shoutout to Tracy for being very friendly for my friends and i making us feel like regulars as well as going above and beyond for us. amazing atmosphere and very nice people i hope to come back as soon as possible.

The bartender Tracy was amazing! Her service was so fast and she was so personable taking my order. It was my first time at this bar and she made me feel like a regular. Loved the live music and the atmosphere.

Tried this place due to the reviews, but the reviews steered us wrong this time. I got the fish and chips with the Greek salad. The fish had way too much batter and over fried, could have gotten better fish at Captain D’s. The fries were soggy, the only thing that was good was the Greek salad, and it wasn’t the best, for $2 extra. My husband got cottage pie, he said it was like ground sloppy Joe barbecue meat in a pie. The service was not good they keep switching waitresses on us, but one was in training her second day. Our first and trip here. Wasted $50.

Very impressive, first time at this pub. Avery and Emmett are outstanding bar tenders. Old Speckled Hen on draught! I might also add the pub has a very good selection of draughts. Ordered the bangers and mash, very good. I inquired about receiving 5 sausages with my meal. The meal usually includes 2 large sausages. I had received 5 due to the smaller size. Meal also included side salad. Happy hour draughts are 1/2 off. Very enjoyable afternoon with friendly patrons.

A true British pub gem in Gainesville.
No wait for a table and the service was fast and friendly. She gave us enough time to look at the menu. Went there for the fish and chips and whoo wee it was EXCELLENT, it was fresh, hot and I will definitely be going back!! The tartar sauce and coleslaw was home made and you can taste it……. very flavorful. The atmosphere was very lively and the futbol banners were hanging high!! Liverpool, Arsenal, and the like. It has a jute box on the wall that you can download the app to use. Also has a vast variety of beers and wines 🍻 🍷 to order.

First time back in London in 7 years and the Fish & Chips didn’t disappoint! Batter was super crispy.

I won gift certificates to TQAP & went with my daughter. We asked the waitress what appetizer she recommended & we went with the mozzarella cheese sticks. These were incredible, 5 stars! Made from scratch, super tasty, super fresh & the dipping sauce was equally as good.
My daughter ordered the fish & chips (fries) & said it was very good. 4.5 stars. I ordered the biscuits & gravy. It was 1 open -faced biscuit, covered in sausage gravy. The sausage I suspect was what they use for their bangers and mash, so I didn't care for that. It had hashbrowns & bacon underneath & 2 fried eggs on top. It was tasty, just not what I expected. I would give it 4 stars & probably would not order again, not because it was bad, just not the way I like to eat B&G.
The service was great 4.7 stars. We ate outside, which was nice b/c it was overcast & breezy.
I would definitely recommend going to TQAP as the food is fresh & pretty good.
