I went with my husband to lunch at Red Robin and had a delicious meal. Their burgers were huge and I had a hard time finishing mine. That was the best burger I had in a long time. The staff was great and fast. I know I'll be back there in a couple of months.

The fish and chips were ok. The fish was greasy and the fries were cold. Not the best. My friend ordered a burger and she was happy with it so I'll consider that a win. The waitress did not ask if we wanted more fries and took a long time delivering a refill of a beverage. Overall? Not the best but not the worst experience.

Our waiter was very polite but they had this guy running ragged. He and another girl were bussing almost all tables and running the bar just the two of them. Therefore service was pretty slow!

I decided to cash in my free birthday burger by doing a to go order. Now I wish I would of just passed. Fries were hard and taste like they were cooked a hr ago. The burger was cold as well. How is everything cold when I picked up the order within 10 mins of calling in the order? I probably won't be going back!

Burger was very overcooked and not worth the price. The fries were good. Drink was ok. Won’t go back

The service is always great here. The food is good with affordable prices and ENDLESS FRIES.... Need I say more!?

The burger was great but the buns were stale. The onion soup was too salty. I haven't been to red robin in a few years and my memories were a lot better. Ketchup was empty at our table. French fry refills were tiny. Not impressed. I remember red robin walks covered in fun pictures but here the walls were plain and covered in dust. Seriously, you sit in the booth and look up and see dust all over them.

We ate at Red Robin earlier this evening (2/21) and were very disappointed. To start, our server and the other workers seemed to care more about gossiping in the back (very loudly too) than actually doing their job. The service was very slow and infrequent in regards to checking up on our table. The table itself had leftover crumbs of food on it and was not cleaned prior to us sitting even though it was not crowded at all and over staffed. After we ordered, it only took 5 minutes for the food to get out to us. Then, my order was incorrect and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to fix it. In addition, the food was cold and the chicken on my sandwich was not fully cooked. The fries were cold and distasteful also. We will not be going back again. Very sad since this location was not like this in past years.

This restaurant is in the outside of a mall and a chain . I had thought they were mainly burgers but was surprised there were quite a few other choices. We chose fish and chips and shrimp and fish. As sides I chose endless salad and hubby chose endless fries. The salad was served in a very small side dish similar to what you would get a scoop of ice cream. Yes it came with endless refills but how many times would you refill salad? Hubby’s fries were about 8 so he told the girl to put in an additional order. There were only 2 pieces of fish and mine was the 2 pieces of fish and 4 shrimp. The food was good but compared to other restaurant’s servings this just seemed small.

Average at best! Sat quickly. Drink served wrong. Served wrong burger. No refills - really no follow up service. Crazy because it was 3:00 in the afternoon NOT busy. Kinda disappointed.

Red Robin is always a blast to go to. There are a lot of chalk board games for the kids. There is also a little electronic game device to play on for a small charge. The food is always tasty and filling and the atmosphere is very up beat. Would definitely recommend!
