It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. Food and drinks are pricy for a place that doesn't serve decent portions. And it's weird to dictate where people can or can't sit at a coffee shop. It's fine if you want a mediocre latte for $8. Very millennial core.

Favorite coffee place in town. I was a Starbucks addict for over a decade (currently hold a reserve status) but this place has converted me. I’d choose Resident Coffee’s Iced Vanilla Latte over “the other place” any day. Their egg, cheese, sausage sandwich is also very good. My four year old won’t finish an hot chocolate at “the other place” but he will here - big compliments from him. Atmosphere is wonderful, good music and cozy. Only con, it kills me they aren’t...

I've gotten drinks here twice now. The chai latte tasted like wax to be honest and the seasonal matcha they had recently was pretty decent. I do think it is overpriced for what it is ($7 a drink around with no substitutions), but still a very cute atmosphere and good service !!!!
