This man is terrible have the worse attitude ever.

Horrible customer service. We weren't greated, worker had terrible expression, wouldn't speak up about available flavors. Custard is amazing, too bad it's such a crappy experience 😔

We've live so close to Ritter's Frozen Custard and are pleasantly surprised that we only just discovered it! We recently stopped by for dessert and were thoroughly impressed. We tried the Brownie Sundae and the Mudslide Sundae, both of which were delightful. The custard was impeccably smooth and creamy, the epitome of perfection without a hint of ice. While I personally prefer a chewier brownie, the cake-like brownie included was still quite tasty, though a chewier version might have been the cherry on top for me. Despite its unique location within a gas station, we enjoyed our visit, especially with the added charm of outdoor seating. We definitely plan to return!

Save your money and avoid this place at all cost. ALL ice cream, gelati, cream, sprinkles and cookie dough are OLD, STALE & NASTY!! It's almost as if it all melted and re-froze. Worst $30 spent.

My visit to Ritter's was absolutely fantastic! The service from Mahi was top-notch, attentive, and friendly, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. We ordered the cheeseburgers with Applewood bacon combo, and let me tell you, they were mouthwateringly delicious. The perfectly cooked Angus beef paired with crispy bacon, served alongside crinkle cut fries, was a taste sensation!

Not only that, but we also tried the banging Chicago style hot dogs, which were loaded with 100% Angus beef and all the classic toppings. Each bite was bursting with flavor and authenticity.

To top off our meal, we indulged in a chocolate glacier dessert and refreshing mango and strawberry smoothies, both of which were a delightful treat.

I have to give a shout-out to Mahi, whose recommendations were spot on! Her knowledge of the menu and her attentive service made our dining experience even more memorable.

Overall, my first visit to Ritters exceeded my expectations, and I'm already planning to return soon. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere ensures that Ritters will be a regular dining spot for me. If you're looking for a place with great food and stellar service, Ritter's is definitely worth a visit!

If you'd like to stop in for a scoop or two, for about the same price as the "high end" frozen yogurt and/or a gourmet frozen item at the local Publix. Or heck, even the over priced Haagen-Dazs at Walgreens @ one pint size, is still around the same price of $4.99-$6.99 a cup/scoops @Ritters Frozen Custard

I just got 2 scoops of plain chocolate custard in a cup, and they’re completely freezer burnt, I had an entire ice chunk the size of a bite in the custard, really disappointed :(
