We go mainly for the salad bar which is abundant and clean. Looks like they have one person who does nothing but the salad bar.The restaurant is in the Oaks Mall and is kept clean and enticing, but almost never a wait at lunch time.

I went specifically in this night for the $5 Garden bar special. The selection was pretty sad. The lettuce was very low and lots wilted. It was never replinished. Barely any ranch dressing and croutons ran out. I had to specifically ask for items, instead of the employees who were milling around being proactive and checking.

Ok food. Bbq sauce on ribs needs to be changed not everyone likes "spicy" sauce. Waiter needs discretion when making inappropriate jokes with customers especially if it is a married female customer with her husband sitting next to her. Staff needs training with this. Not very professional.

A model of consistently especially when you are talking about their salad bar. In recent visits, they continue to be accommodating to kids with food substitutes and not up charging.
After a long day of traveling my sister, friend and I sought out this Ruby Tuesday’s. It was easily accessed with just a 1 mile drive from the interstate. We both got the salad bar and I added the tomato bisque soup as well. It was all very good and the service was good as well. My friend had the 6oz sirloin steak done medium rare and although a bit chewy it was flavorful. Restrooms clean as well.

This location is friendly, cool, layed back and has a nice restaurant/bar atmosphere. The staff are good at making you feel special. The bar area also has a classy feel. Nice selection of seafood, and cosmopolitan/American fare. You can also make a full balanced meal out of the nutritious, colorful salad bar. Plenty of assorted seating.

Terrible. Our server was so very nice but. I ordered 2 sides small soup & baked potato. It should have been $5.50 it was almost $9.00. I talked to the server and he then talked to the manager. The manager and I use that word biting my tongue. He actually told me I was WRONG !! He argued with me and said that the soup was a premium item. I told him it was on the sides. My voice was getting louder and I refused to pay almost $9.00 for a potato & soup. Again he said I was WRONG!! With that I told this person I wasn't going to pay. People were starting to listen so he said we don't have to pay for anything. I don't know this persons name but he needs to be fired. He has no knowledge about customer service. He has no idea how to talk to a customer. He was very very disrespectful. We will never eat at Ruby Tuesday again.
