I get the spicy veggie wrap, it’s ALWAYS fresh, delicious, colorful, and exceptionally nutritious. The staff are very hard working, and efficient, continuously stocking, chopping, mixing… The menu options are well-described on the menu board, and you can always create your own salad. I look forward to lunch more than ever. I appreciate the Spicy Veggie wrap as much as Dragonfly’s Magic Matt and The Top’s Love and Rockets Beyond Burger;

Good salads most of the time but there is no consistency. Some of the ABSOLUTELY RUDEST people you will ever encounter working in an eating establishment. It is a disgrace to have the employees of Salad Creations working on the UF campus displaying such a rude and negative attitude.

salad here is a hit or miss depending on who is making it. Some of the workers make it real good and others completely slack. I got a salad on Monday it was delicious and I ordered it again on Wednesday and it was not very good...You really dont know what how your salad will turn out each time, which can be bothersome at times.

Hoping to improve my recommendation soon! I've been a big fan of salad creations, but my last three experiences have been frustrating. First, my "spicy veggie" was so overloaded with "spice" that today I actually could not eat it. Second, my salad sat, waiting to be "chopped," while the person took another person's order and made their entire salad. She then returned to my salad, chopped it. Then chopped the next person's salad. then covered my salad. Then covered the next person's salad. I don't see why there was ANY benefit to making me wait in order to alternate working on someone else's salad. Third, it wasn't really chopped - just kind of lightly mixed. Fourth, two people were working on other things, leaving just the one person to actually make a salad, while, 12 people gathered and stood in line and waited! Every now and then, things go awry, and I understand that. But the reason I'm posting is that this is the third time that I've had a frustrating experience here......I hope someone gets the message !

Food is good and portions are large. But the staff is hit and miss. If they are closing in the next hour, they will not restock certian lettuces, and become lackluster in their demeanor.
I wanted to try something new, went to Salad creations and asked the girl behind the counter what was good and how to order as I've never been here before. I asked for a Thai chicken wrap and she had such an attitude and made the meal in as a salad instead and slung it to the register with great disregard. I tried to correct the lady at the register by stating I wanted a wrap and only got attitude from the girl again making the food statingbi didnt say wrap.
