The seasonal meatball here is TO DIE FOR. Absolute must try. Best meatball of my life maybe ever. If there was a meatball contest, the salty dog would win every single time. Personally, I come here ONLY for the meatball. The seasonal meatball is only on the secret menu so you have to ask but it’s worth it every time.
Loved the prices of the drinkz. Other than that, I came here while exploring the area on an overnight w/ my CA n FO. The bar was quiet other than us 3, there were 2 male customers and the 2 guyz behind the bar. At one point, I and one other female customer were the only femalez. Okay this is place is a Gainesville staple. Salty salty salty what can I say. The food is surprisingly good. The drinks are surprisingly cheap if you ever go to Gainesville you need to go to Salty Dog.
