This was my first time visiting Sandwich Depot at HCA North Florida Hospital. I ordered a hamburger with added mayonnaise; however, the burger did not include any mayonnaise and ended up being quite dry. The fries were good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the customer service experience could use some improvement.

So today my son-in-law made a mistake on ordering a salad here. Which she ask for a cobb salad but it should have been a chief salad. Which again he told them the wrong one. Moving forward I return the salad because of the mistake we told them the young man that called me up to ask me about it had an attitude and was rude about it.
