Have been seeing the bumper stickers about this place for years got excited when I had a job come out to Gainesville right near their restaurant.
The atmosphere looks awesome like won't lie about that it looks like a really cool place to come and eat...
However having worked in a sicilian restaurant for 5 years I am aware that all Italian food tastes better after it sits and it blew my mind that at lunch time you can't just walk in there and get a slice of cheese pizza.
Being told 20 minutes for a slice of cheese pizza at lunch time on a Thursday is just a bad business model like if you served pizzas slices in 10 seconds you'd have more customers at lunch...
Having a cheese pizza sitting on a rack somewhere actually makes the pizza taste better and no one can actually deny that unless they don't know anything about pizza sauce...
The place has like a cool stoner eccentric vibe and the fact that you can't get a slice of pizza really quickly at lunch time with a smile is the reason why I'm leaving this review...
Some of us would just rather have an old warmed up slice of pizza that's been sitting in a bin and we did specially want it from a place that looks like this way more than some hole in the wall pizza place that does have pizza by the slice waiting...
In a college town where everybody is like on their way to lunch or you know on their way to class or something like that 20 minutes is a long time no wait and I get it you guys make specialty pizzas that might take a little bit more time but having six or seven cheese pizzas ready on Deck would have more customers come through the door just saying

Cool place with plants and recycled art through out. Great service. Enjoyed the outside sitting area. (It was during a cold front hence the plants being covered. ) Delicious pizza!

The deep dish satch pan is the best thing on the menu. Get satch pan with double sausage and garli , it goes perfect with the caramelized crispy edge of the pizza. It serves about 4-5 people or 8 slices. Dont forget to order a Tammy ranch and check out the cookies when you check out.

The pizza was delicious but the eye candy everywhere on this site is the gift that keeps on giving. The restaurant's indoor and outdoor tile/mosaic art from found objects and toys reminded me of the three dimensional mosaics in Philadelphia by Isaiah Zagar. The website was also fun to read. What a personal and community project this pizza place is. Thanks for a fun evening!
