I had ordered doordash with this location earlier, and was very disappointed. My order had been taken by the wrong dasher, and no one stopped them to make sure they had the right order. When my actual dasher got to the store, the employees told him they would not remake the order. So I had to get a refund through doordash support. Very disappointed in Smoothie King these days.

I love this place. Hands down, the best smoothies in the entire area. The smoothies are perfect. The texture, the flavor, and the health effects are what you would expect from a legit healthy smoothie. You get what you pay for here. The staff is amazing. My smoothies are always good from this location! And that's all I really care about. I'm not about to sit here and complain that an employee wasn't enthusiastic or didn't smile or seemed like they didn't want to be there.
I didn't want to be at my minimum wage job either. I think most realistic folks who have worked the same jobs, feel the same way.
All I care about is quality ingredients, being food safe, and when I ask questions they answer to the best of their ability. That's all anyone should care about in my opinion. Good smoothies 😀

Amazing that they are still using styrofoam products . The straws are too thin and become flat when you try and poke thru the center . I tried to make the center bigger and cut my finger and a piece of plastic got lost I”in the smoothie . Does anyone care anymore about anyone except $$$ !!!

Whoever owns the Smoothie Kings in Gainesville need to be concerned. I have been a patron for years to the point where I’ve bragged on Smoothie King and even attempted to make weekly runs for my office. Well that stops today as both the 13th location and the location on Archer Road were unable to provide me with any kind of service.
The Archer Road location which I attempted first was temporarily closed and unable to make smoothies with no explanation. Ok, fine, I went out of my way to visit another location, because at this point I had an order of 3-4 smoothies I was trying to fulfill for my office. The 13th location tried not to serve me claiming they were waiting for strawberries to come off the truck and it would take a moment. I decide to wait. At which point the cashier proceeded to tell 4 other customers that she couldn’t make them anything unless it contained there 5-6 particular fruits she had available rather than make the effort to go to the back and see what was available. I don’t have to be a business owner to see how much missed profit these locations are suffering from simply from lack of service.
This will be my last time purchasing a smoothie from any Smoothie King location in Gainesville and urge others if you were considering or visiting and thinking these locations were of any quality, please don’t waste your time. It’s a shame. I wish I could give 0 stars and if it wasn’t for the promise I made to coworkers I wouldn’t have spent any money at these locations today.
