Great food and friendly staff. The water is great. Sodas come in a can and with no free refills which makes it pretty costly. Other drinks like sweet tea does come with free refills.
If you are looking for the best Chinese food in town, specifically authentic Szechuan cuisine, Sohao Cafe is the place to go. The flavors here are incredibly complex and well-rounded, proving that Szechuan cooking is about so much more than just heat.
The menu has some serious highlights, particularly the cumin lamb bao, the General Tso’s tofu, and the Dan Dan or Bang Bang noodles. If you’re a fan of spice, the chili fish and chili chicken are both fantastic choices....

I can’t say enough how great the food is…Lizzy is an outstanding waitress….started w/the chili wontons, then…Chongqing chili fish (my favorite)…shredded pork in garlic sauce…Mongolian beef…Yang Zhou fried rice (I’d get Old Mothers next time)…Tiger beer…absolutely spot on…and I’ve been to China many times…opening soon in Magnolia Park close by my home…I’ll be there at least once a week….so many other dishes to try…
