Beautiful new sonic. Sunday morning. Only customer present. Rolled through the drive through, no answer. Pulled up to a stall and pushed the button. 3 minutes of waiting for a response. Food was sub par, compared to other sonic experiences.

We were eating our meal when we tasted in our ,strawberry master shake a large amount of salt left and not mixed. And on the milkshake it says hand mixed milkshake, plus on the rest of the food they gave us no sauce after they asked us if we wanted any. We said yes and asked for a barbecue and the food came with nothing.

I ordered a number 3. It’s a cheese burger. Supposed to come with stuff on it. I ended up with a Pattie and buns. That’s all. Meat and bread. Ordered mozzarella sticks and got pepper poppers. This is my second time here and both times my order was not correct. Owner better do something it can’t just be me.

The food is good but sometimes make sure to check you get the right thing because they mess up a lot on orders . Also every time I go through the drive thru there only like 2 cars max and they take abt 30 min to give you your food.

Ordered 2 blasts through deive thru, sat in line for 15 minutes...3 cars behind me got their orders hand delivered to them...not me. Worst experience!

After the staff forgot about our app order for 30 minutes, they brought us cold food another ten minutes later and informed us that part of our order was unable to be made because the blast machine was broken. The person who brought our order was very rude even though we had been waiting for a very long time. We asked to speak to a manager. Julie spoke to us and told us she would process a refund. She then said there was an issue and she would handle it. She then disappeared and we waited another 5+ minutes. We decided to just go up to the window. She said that she was unable to process the refund and I would have to cancel the order in the app. I do not know why this was not communicated immediately. Also, it is not possible to cancel an order in the app once it has been submitted. So they lied to make us leave. I have never dealt with so much inappropriate attitude from employees of an establishment when they were in the wrong. We don't mind waiting for food, but lying just to get rid of us was not okay. I do not recommend anyone visits this location. Go to literally any other fast food place in Gainesville.
