Our server, Heather, was wonderful. My husband’s prime rib sandwich was room temperature and after eating some of it he said something. She promptly asked her manager for a remake and it came out piping hot and tasted outstanding. She was super friendly and her service was excellent. The food was good and the only problem we had they made it right ASAP. Recommend not only this Sonny’s but in particular ask for Heather to be your server :)

Pantera took care of us from the time we entered the door. She had a great attitude and made an off-menu sandwich work to please my son's picky appetite. Our drinks stayed full and she checked back often to make sure we had everything we needed. We're already looking forward to our next trip through Gainesville.

Talk about making it Right!!! I had unfortunately gotten some lacking tots the other day and when I tell you the manager not only made it right but was so quick with her response and their Togo staff today was absolutely amazing!!! The staff were friendly laughing and engaging in conversation, and the Fooooood!!! 🫠 Thank you Waldo Rd Team!!!

My family came in tonight as part of a fundraiser for our school the food was delicious must I add our server Heather gave us a warm welcome her interactions with the children was amazing the children had such a good time thank you heather.

My son and I visited the Sonny's on Waldo Rd because of a school fundraiser. I haven't had pleasant experiences the few times I've dined at a Sonny's but decided to give it another try because of the fundraiser... And I'm glad I did! Our server, Heather was part of the reason. I was very impressed by her customer service! It's not very often, that when dining out these days the server/order taker/cashier is happy to be at work and his/her interactions reflect the same. Our food was served hot and I must add that it was really good! Kudos to the cook tonight and Heather for a job well done!
