Talk about making it Right!!! I had unfortunately gotten some lacking tots the other day and when I tell you the manager not only made it right but was so quick with her response and their Togo staff today was absolutely amazing!!! The staff were friendly laughing and engaging in conversation, and the Fooooood!!! 🫠 Thank you Waldo Rd Team!!!

My family came in tonight as part of a fundraiser for our school the food was delicious must I add our server Heather gave us a warm welcome her interactions with the children was amazing the children had such a good time thank you heather.

My son and I visited the Sonny's on Waldo Rd because of a school fundraiser. I haven't had pleasant experiences the few times I've dined at a Sonny's but decided to give it another try because of the fundraiser... And I'm glad I did! Our server, Heather was part of the reason. I was very impressed by her customer service! It's not very often, that when dining out these days the server/order taker/cashier is happy to be at work and his/her interactions...
