They were a little understaffed, we were seated immediately, but, we still had to wait about 10 minutes before a server came and took our order, and the time to receive our meal took a little longer than expected, but, the food was fresh and hot. We had to wait on our refills for our drinks longer than expected.

I dropped by drive thru yesterday to order my dinner. I ordered the 2meat combo and it was terrible. The ribs and white meat was dry and hard. I spent 10mins in drive. Please stay away from this place, this is the 2nd time of going to this location and food being horrible.

I've been eating lunch at this Sonny's for the past several months. The best time to eat is right around opening time at 11 am or after 1:15 pm when the lunch crowd is winding down. This location is near the I-75 interchange so it's convenient for travelers. The food is outstanding. I like getting the (sliced) pork/rib combo when it goes on sale. I also really like their fried okra. The prime rib sandwich is another good choice! I've had several servers on my visits- Angelica, Ashley, Emma, Lexie, and Michelle come to mind. They were very friendly, but my favorite is Faith. She is very empathetic and interacts well with her customers and with genuine interest in what's going on in their lives. I read where one reviewer on Yelp said that she was a gem and I agree. I had the pleasure of conversing with the pitmaster and general manager, Charles Bell, when he stopped by my table today. He was very personable and told me that he's worked over the years at several Sonnys locations. He really seems to care about his employees. He stated that it is his employees who work to make Sonny's successful and that he couldn't do it without them.

Did an order online and after arriving still waited over 15 minutes just for green beans. And ordering online, I wanted a big size of green beans but it just said green beans on the website. No way to pick a different size. Not worth it
