We went to Splitz on a field trip with our 3rd grader and it was absolutely terrible. The screens didn’t work at all, and after a few times of letting the kids just knock the pins down, the lane just completely shut down and stopped working. It wasn’t just our lane either. There were numerous lanes not working and the staff didn’t seem to be doing anything about it. So we thought we go over to the arcade for a bit, but the card reloading machine wasn’t working either. We finally gave up and took him somewhere else for the day. Waste of time and parents’ money.
We had fun with my kids. We played bowling.
Me and my wife had our first date night with a babysitter in three months. We decided to go to “Splitz” after eating to blow some steam on the way home. We bought a lane for an hour with one hour and 15 minutes remaining before close. Our lane then malfunction three times and cost us 20 minutes. We were very patient, the regular employee gave us a few minutes extra and told us the problem was fixed. As soon as we bowled again, the lane was broken again. They moved us to another lane. At which point they could not add time because we were already under the time Until the place closed. We were very patient, but after our first bowl on the new Lane, the Lane malfunctioned again. The tech who was trying to help us informed us that these lanes had malfunctioned multiple times, but yet we’re still handed out to paying patrons. At this point, I told the manager, Jodi with an I, that we would be seeking a refund and we’re ready to leave. She informed me that she would be happy to comp us an hour and a half with free shoe rental for our next time for the inconvenience. I was happy with that solution, until she informed me that I had to pick that or a refund for our current experience. I chose the refund for the time we had wasted going there, the pitcher I chose to sit and drink while our lane was closed, and for the complete lack of a good experience.
Lanes were terrible, kept malfunctioning, at least 4 times in our 1 hour there the lane was completely down and for at least 20 frames in the hour the pins didn’t fully reset, leaving no 1 pin which causes it to be nearly impossible to get a strike. Server forgot our drinks, front desk rolled their eyes when confronted about both the lane and service…. Needless to say, we won’t be back. Save your money.
Nice environment and good people
Lanes didn't reset. Timer kept counting down. Help button at the lanes was inoperable. Had to basically beg to change lanes. When we did still had the same issues. Poor management in my opinion.
Ridiculous bowling alley was broken for half our time here, was told our timer was paused during that time which it never was. Asked for extra time due to us losing half our time to bowling and Morgan the lady working front desk was unbelievably uncooperative.
I came here for a fun Friday night of bowling with my friends. We booked ahead online since we weren’t sure how busy it was going to be. Overall the bowling and the game was fun. We were mostly not impressed that the lane kept having technical malfunctions then when we went to renew for another our lane stopped working completely and they had us wait 10-15 minutes just to wait for another lane to open up in the boutique area. Staff wasn’t exactly helpful.
Awesome
The lanes always malfunction and take away from your paid time. For a big bowling complex, they have few options for bowling ball weights and sizes.

Absolutely appalled by how we were treated at Splits Bowling. LORI, an employee there, kicked us out because of our federally protected service animal. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s a blatant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service animals are legally allowed in public spaces, and refusing access is discrimination, plain and simple. Lori’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If you care about basic human decency, disability rights, or following the law, stay far away from this place until they get proper training and accountability. I have seizures and this is ridiculous I need my service animal to alert me when I am about to have a seizure. We tried to educate her and she did not care she did not listen to the federal law. Please be warned to stay away from this establishment!!! If I could give -stars I would!
Lori broke the federal law by not allowing us entrance AFTER we paid our fees to bowl. Our service animal is very well behaved and trained for medical tasks. It is life threatening not to have my service animal with me. We didn't even finish putting on our shoes before Lori kicked us all out, again AFTER we paid. We showed her the ADA Federal Law stating that it is federally illegal to kick us out when our service dog was literally sitting by us calmly with no disturbances whatsoever. Even after trying to educate Lori, she was very rude and hostile towards us. There was no reasoning or deescalating the situation with Lori because she would not listen to the federal law. This is discrimination against those with life threatening disabilities. We have the same rights and access to live our lives with support from medically trained service animals just as anyone else does. So thank you Lori for being disrespectful and discriminating without rhyme or reason. We tried to educate you and show you the federal law (which is on GOOGLE), but you did not care whatsoever and the people deserve to know. We will be reporting this establishment as well through legal matters.
Took the family there just to do something on my birthday and because the special listed online was a good deal. If only they honored that. We were told that because they had bowling leagues using the family lane, we couldn't get the deal. On top of that, the lane we were in kept malfunctioning and getting stuck. We drove over an hour specifically for the special and paid twice as much as we anticipated for half the bowling time. Never again. Got put in the dungeonous lanes behind the bar, which might be great for some, but not so much for us. Lesson learned. Won't be back.
It's ok to use bumper guards
Had my grandson's 13th birthday party there and it was a great success. Had a great time.
