We eat at Spurrier’s quite often. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Gainesville. We love the brunch, the cheesy Brazilian rolls (gf), and the staff. On our last visit, Brandon was our server. He was AWESOME! Although it was brunch, I really wanted the Brazilian cheese rolls. He snagged me 2 orders to go before I left. The food & drinks are all top notch!

This is a great place to go for excellent modern American food. We sat outside and the atmosphere was really nice. We arrived around 5pm on a weekday. The waitress was very attentive and polite.

The food was very delicious. We had Caesar salad and Eggplant fritters. The salad was great and had just enough dressing with awesome croutons. The fritters had a tasty flavor with the cheese, marinara, and a pesto together.

We also had the Spurrier’s Burger and “Emory & Henry” Seafood Pasta. The burger looked fantastic, though I didn’t try it myself. The seafood pasta was very good with a nice presentation. Overall I had a great experience that makes me want to go again.

The rehearsal dinner at Visors for my son and daughter in law was wonderfl from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. They even packed to go boxes of the delicious food for our guests!

Our recent dinner at Spurrier’s was truly exceptional. The culinary experience was outstanding. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, leaving a lasting impression on all our attendees. The pacing of the meal was perfectly timed, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Equally impressive was the service, which was attentive, seamless, and delivered with genuine hospitality. The Championship Room provided a private and intimate setting that elevated the entire experience, making it the ideal venue for our group. The in-room TV was a bonus so we could watch the games.

We are grateful to Spurrier’s for creating such a remarkable atmosphere and look forward to future opportunities to gather in this outstanding space.

The Staff and Food was 12/10! We rented the rooftop out for a company private event and we were thrilled with the communication, service quality, attentiveness and food quality and taste. What really makes this venue special is the customer service that the entire events team/staff night of provides! Thank you for the wonderful experience that the events Lead & team provided to us!!

Spurrier’s is by far one of the best restaurant experiences in Gainesville. Everything from the food, the staff, and ambience is always consistent and above and beyond. On top of traditional dining, it’s a great venue for private events and hosting large parties. Marianne and her staff always go above and beyond to make sure every private event is executed with all the right attention and details.

Spurrier's did an outstanding job hosting our large party (46 for a mother-son event). The perfect pace of the service and high quality of the food while serving a group this size could not beat. The private room was the perfect setting to be able to enjoy our meal and mingle. Thank you so much for the unforgettable evening! We will be back for our next event!

Spurriers hosted our annual Reunion of 36 alumni. Everything about the evening was exceptional; food, service and atmosphere. They were also very easy to work with in planning the event and menu. We will return next year for sure.

Highly recommended for people visiting Gainesville for a Florida Gators game! All of the food was incredible. Service was excellent. Seeing all the Spurrier sports memorabilia was a nice bonus.
