Christmas Day Business Hours: 6am - 2pm On 12/25/24 - 1:52pm, I pulled up at the drive-thru to place an order for a Trenta āPink Drink ā and Ethan says āWeāre Closedā. My response, does Starbucks not close at 2pm? He says, we do but we have to get out of here on time today. I asked Ethan again, may I please place an order for one item and again Ethan says NOā¦. Wow! What I found amazing was after pulling up to the cashierās window, Ethan closed the window in my face then opened it back up and finally at 1:55pm, he agreed to fix me a Trenta Iced Water. Yet, he told me NO at least 5 times for a pink drink. Literally, the store hadnāt closed yet but the employees chose to lock the front doors and take no more drive-thru orders. I begged for a cup of iced water and this proved that Ethan could have allowed me and two other vehicles to place our order because it was before 2pm. My thought process is, if youāre going to lock the front doors and the drive thru window prior to the posted closing time, then maybe Starbucks Corporate should revisit itsā decision to be open during the holiday season or donāt allow employees to work if they canāt abide by the policy regarding store hours. ā¹ļø
The worst Starbucks to get your coffee from. Then you ask them to fix it and they make it worse!

Never has spinach wraps, no normal/plastic straws (only disintegrating paper), and the drink holders have loose grips and do not properly hold the drinks without spilling. Not impressed.

I stop in weekly after Physical therapy as a reward. The staff is always very friendly and the caramel ribbon crunches are delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and everyone is always holding the door open for me.
