I am pre order a cold brew from Starbucks app. I am waiting for 30mins they still didn’t make it out. I try my best to understand they might facing high volumes of consumers. However, I believe get a cold brew is easy as get a tape water. They still slow like a turtle. Also, the person order a matcha latte right I am arrive store they get it in 5 mins. Weird! Pls Notice never order them between 10am to 5pm

This starbucks is the worst location on campus, they take SO LONG. Been waiting for like 40 min for my sandwich just go to the reitz union fr. they take so long that it has provoked me to make this review bye

Took 50 minutes to get one drink after asking about it multiple times and it ended up not even tasting great. didn’t want to waste any more time so i just left.

This starbucks location has had a slow decline. My order was not able to be filled due to broken machinery. The employee I spoke to was extremely kind and offered a solution, however they said this is a constant problem. They also said that the manager, Anthony Stax with Chartwell, fired everyone and doesn't provide timely support. This eompoyee was worried about paying rent theough the summer. Shame on UF Dining for not supporting student workers better.

I don’t often drink Starbucks, but when I do and I come here there is always something such as my my coffee not being close all the way, then causing a whole spill.
Which high key gave me trust issue. No cap, cuz if u go to a restaurant, should the customer be concerned or wonder If their food gon be poison, or cooked all the way?
or employees not adding things I payed for…. Not trying to sound like a Karen but if I’m occupied + on the goo, paying for extra 💩 and tipping yall, cuz yall don’t get pay enough 💯 (they should really double yall pay!)

Friendly service clean store made my drink fast considering the crowd ! Drink made just the way I like it

Horrible. Told me they had to brew coffee, waited 25 mins, then when they called my name they discovered they hadn't brewed yet. Had to cancel my order. Very crowded, understaffed. Really bad.

Overall, the drinks here are pretty decent and the staff is friendly enough. They are much more efficient than the other Starbucks and even during peak hours, the orders come within a reasonable amount of time. They also make drinks much better than the Starbucks at Reitz Union and Marston, and slightly better than the one at the Hub. That being said, this place declines in quality around finals/pre-winter break period. When I went here around this time, they didn't fill my venti drink the whole way (they filled it at around 4/5 the size of the cup) and the drinks overall didn't taste as good.
Coming from a barista, this is the best Starbucks on campus.

This Starbucks is usually pretty busy considering it is inside of the library. Still, when I went I got my food pretty quickly. I got the egg and bacon sandwich and I didn’t really like it. The bread was really dry.Their coffee is good though and like any other Starbucks. Also they don’t take gift cards at this location as do any other Starbucks that are on campus.

Workers are not hospitable or kind. Never want to help. They gave us a lid & the only straws that they have don’t even fit the lid so we have to go elsewhere for a straw.
