Overall, the drinks here are pretty decent and the staff is friendly enough. They are much more efficient than the other Starbucks and even during peak hours, the orders come within a reasonable amount of time. They also make drinks much better than the Starbucks at Reitz Union and Marston, and slightly better than the one at the Hub. That being said, this place declines in quality around finals/pre-winter break period. When I went here around this time, they didn't fill my venti drink the whole way (they filled it at around 4/5 the size of the cup) and the drinks overall didn't taste as good.

Coming from a barista, this is the best Starbucks on campus.

This Starbucks is usually pretty busy considering it is inside of the library. Still, when I went I got my food pretty quickly. I got the egg and bacon sandwich and I didn’t really like it. The bread was really dry.Their coffee is good though and like any other Starbucks. Also they don’t take gift cards at this location as do any other Starbucks that are on campus.

I had an exceptional experience at this Starbucks. The quality and portion sizes exceeded my expectations, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The staff members were both friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant visit. Undoubtedly, it stands out as one of the top choices on the UF campus.

Workers are not hospitable or kind. Never want to help. They gave us a lid & the only straws that they have don’t even fit the lid so we have to go elsewhere for a straw.

I waited literally a total of 32 minutes for my order even though when I showed up I was only second in line and there were barely any people there. 32 minutes. Like how is that okay? They used the excuse “we only have 1 oven” which I understand and am willing to wait longer, but they were so disorganized and did everything out of order. So many people who had ordered 10, 20, 30 minutes after me were getting their order first…Literally makes no sense. And the worst part was, when I tried to talk to them and ask them to check on my order, they literally refused to and blamed it on the oven issue, even though I told them there was clearly another problem happening since I had been waiting 30 minutes for my order, while at least 15 other people got their food orders much earlier than me, even though they ordered way after. I also saw at least 5 other people walk up to staff with the the same issue and the staff refused to acknowledge that they may have been doing something wrong and refused to check anyone’s order. They were incredibly rude and dismissed everyone’s concerns, even after I told them the situation. Is it really that hard to make the food items in order of how they were ordered? Or at least acknowledge customer’s concerns before immediately dismissing them? This has literally never happened to me at any other Starbucks before. I am beyond annoyed. I understand mistakes happen and orders may get mixed up, but workers should have the decency to help mend these mistakes and realize that they may have done something wrong. The 2 workers I spoke to also used an incredibly rude tone/words and showed no concern for any customers whatsoever. I’m actually shocked how these people are hired.

So many things wrong with this starbucks. Employees don't know how to make drinks and lack any motivation. The employees also don't wash their hands between handling cash, touching their face, etc and making drinks. Not worth your money.

what happened to this location and the previous crew? the new crew doesn't seem to have much of an idea as to what they're doing, whilst i was waiting for my drink, basically everyone else who was also waiting was either being told they're out of stock of something or returning their drinks because they weren't made properly. i had ordered a paradise drink and it wasn't until after waiting for about 5-10 minutes that i was told there is no coconut milk. other folks were also waiting for a while before they were told that an item they ordered isn't available. it would've been cool to know that from the cashier before i placed the order and waited around. they apparently weren't able to give me a refund because i paid through the app, which doesn't make sense because i've gotten a refund through the app before. they've also been out of cold brew for more than a week now, but they're not making it clear on their boards that the cold brew is unavailable, at least have a note up at the cash register so people know what's up. this is a busy time of the semester for them and while i know they're absolutely swamped/overworked, paying attention to little details like this can make the experience better for the customers.

this location has gone downhill, unfortunately. the new crew seems disorganized and generally unfriendly, granted they're always overwhelmed but the overall atmosphere is not what it used to be. they're frequently out of stock of many items, including straws and cup tops, again that's probably a corporate thing but just trying to save some folks some time if they want straws or general items like a lid for their cups. always a bummer when a new crew disrupts the old flow.

At Starbucks, they have a variety of spectacular items, and even a few that are holiday themed!Pumpkin Spice Latté - FallPumpkin Bread - FallPeppermint Sprinkle Latté - WinterExt. Ext.My suggestion is you are just going for casual, you get the Hot Chocolate and heated up chocolate croissant. Together, it makes a pair that is scrumptious! Overall, 10/10 experience!Features: There are plenty of COVID-19 protocols here! A few are such as wiping down counters and tables when a customer leaves, glass/plastic dividers between employees and customers, the employees wear masks ext. ext. If you are specifically looking for good eats places with Coronavirus procedures, this is a great place to go!

There's about a dozen Starbucks in my area, but between rude workers and lackluster pastries, this location is the only welcoming one. The crew is nice, the brew is nice, and it's not too out of the way. Definitely the best local Starbucks

It's a pretty good Starbucks, especially since it's on my way to campus. Nice staff, and they always get my Hot Chocolate right

I asked an employee, Will, at the drive thru for some coffee recommendations because I’m not exactly a coffee aficionado. I usually buy a coffee and it’s too sweet or bitter for my tastes. He was very kind and helpful, and the drink he recommended was great! New go to for sure. Thank you! :-)

The Starbucks in Shands hospital is horrible, the new manager is rude not only to the stuff but to customers as well.Half of the time the drink I order is made wrong, twice now I have ordered a strawberry drink and the strawberries in it were rotten! This second time a huge brown glob came out of my cup, when I took it back and showed it to them they told me it was just the pruèe! And then got an attitude when I asked them to remake it.I used to love this Starbucks but I will not be returning anymore
