I like this place more now that they've expanded it and made the space inside bigger. The drive thru still feels a bit impossible at times so I'd come to this one only if I was trying to sit inside for a bit. That being said, parking can get tight if you're not trying to walk.

Large Starbucks, two somewhat clean bathrooms, many places to study, lots of items and products for sale, not crowded, quick service. Parking was easy to find.

Placed mobile order and then was notified it was ready. Went in to pick it up and lobby was closed. Drive through complained to me for bypassing the call box. 🤷♂️ 👎
Closed at 7pm but online says 10pm. Wasted time and gas because they can’t fix their time online.
Seriously the worst Starbucks! They never make drinks correctly & are extremely slow. I ordered a nitro cold brew with oatmilk & hazelnut syrup, but was just given black iced coffee….

It was the end of the day, they were the last Starbucks open on Archer Rd, and the staff were clearly exhausted and less-than-enthused that we arrived 5-10 mins before closing. They still gave us their attention, took our order and then continued wrapping up for the evening. We were not the only ones there. The barista did not ask me what size I wanted and I forgot to tell her, so she charged me for and made a venti-- the largest size-- which I never get because I don't handle that much caffeine well. The bathrooms were clearly dirty by the end of the day, but not gag-worthy disgusting. The mural on the wall was lovely and the store is a large size. Overall experience: Meh.

Customer service from Libby was nit up to Starbucks standard. She spoke very loudly and did not take the time to try to understand our order.
