I used to avoid this Starbucks like the plague, but ever since the remodel this is my favorite store in Gainesville (and trust me I go to them all). The staff is always on point for being as busy as they and somehow are always smiling and pumping out quality drinks. If the RM Azra ever came out to this district I think would be proud of this store. I used to work for her when she was a store manager in St. Pete and her standards were set high. Kudos the leadership team of this store

Ugh they are SO slow! I ALWAYS use my mobile app to order and still end up waiting for my drink to be made,every single time. They ALWAYS get my drink wrong and short me a shot or extra cold foam (that I order). I pay $10+ a drink each day sometimes twice a day and every time I go to this location (out of desperation) I am so disappointed!

Pretty good Starbucks experience, but didn’t get my drink right. I asked for a brewed chai tea latte because it has no sugar and they instead used the chai latte base which does have sugar syrup. I didn’t realize until it was too late though, I first tried while driving away. We also got a few coffees, they were made perfectly and everyone else enjoyed.

I am a retired partner. I come to this store when im in Gainesville for Doctors appointments. Never had an issue getting my partner markout until today. The manager actually integrated me about my partner status, She said she doesnt recognize me. Well of course, i dont come here regularly. I didnt have my ID on hand, but gave her my name, partner number/card & showed my reciept that infact i do get a discount and I am a retired Starbucks partner. The manager was very rude. They teach us to treat each other with respect and dignity. Guess she needs to re-read the mission statement. I will not go to this store again.

BEWARE. HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD! This location serves UNDERCOOKED food. I purchased two Bacon Egg and Gouda Sandwiches that were undercooked. My son consumed over half of one before it was noticed. I returned the undercooked food, an employee made another and placed it on the counter. When I asked why the food was sitting on the counter, the employee told me he was busy doing something else and will put the items in a bag when he finished what he was doing. So, I asked for a refund. The employees at this location are rude and sarcastic. I would avoid purchasing food items from this location.

The line was longer than I expected after 3 p.m., but it went quickly. The sourdough grilled cheese was delicious. The chai tea latte was great. The location is very convenient.Will I be back? Probably.
