wow, I was blown away by the customer service. I’ve never been to a place and had a barista care for my order as much as Pierce did what a great guy he offered me suggestions through my allergies and make sure to comfort me every step of the way. i feel safe here thank you

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered an oat milk gingerbread latté. They gave me a sugar cookie americano instead with whole milk! I told them I have a lactose allergy, but they did not cared and put whole milk the drink anyways.

Had to deal with the rudest Starbucks employee this morning at the register. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but his attitude was so unnecessary and not only was he rude to me but also the other people I was with. Definitely don't know what was going on with him but I hope he fixes that.
