wow, I was blown away by the customer service. I’ve never been to a place and had a barista care for my order as much as Pierce did what a great guy he offered me suggestions through my allergies and make sure to comfort me every step of the way. i feel safe here thank you

The employees were very kind and very fast in preparing my drink. Alot of care went into my drinks preparation and I am very satisfied.

Parking: Parking in lot was all said to be reserved for hospital employees

Went in this morning for coffee, not too busy when I get there. Service amps up and there’s 2 managers sitting in the back of the store leaving two inexperienced people up front. My coffee wasn’t even full and I’m pretty sure I didn’t get my 2nd espresso shot. Got served after 2 people who were behind me, not like I had a complicated drink. Simply pumpkin spice latte. Very disappointed with service and the managers who left their team hanging
