Had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks this week. I ordered egg white bites on the way to a meeting and the barista at the window, Nathalie, was super engaging, encouraging and fun to talk to. She shared with me the genius idea for the next time I got my egg white bites to also purchase a plain bagel, the guacamole and put the egg bites on top. This experience was such a wonderful boost on my way to work on Saturday. Thanks Starbucks!

They close at 6pm on Friday nights.
That displays such a gross disregard for the community here, whether actual malice or just negligence, I can’t fully say.
But it’s 6:25 and in the five minutes I’ve been in the parking lot, no less than a dozen cars have pulled in to walk in or drive through and had to drive away without coffee, so it’s not about demand.
Do better.

If you have time to kill stop in. This place is slower then molasses. The baristas have no personality. They don't value a customer. Stop in at the campus, where you are greeted. The campus baristas are friendlier and swift with your orders. This location serves 1/1000th of what the campus does. At their pace you would think they were swamped with orders. Nope. They act like high school staffers.

Better than the average Starbucks. Good place to work on assignments, when it’s not busy.
Usually I get decent service but compared to other Starbucks locations, this place is the worst. They don't listen to your order, they close whenever they want and ignore you if you get there a half an hour before they are supposed to close!

This is the best Starbucks in town! The baristas and managers always go above and beyond and make you feel seen! They always do a great job with my drink and overall the inside is always clean and cozy if I want to sit there.

I tried looking up the phone number so I could speak directly to the manager, unfortunately it wasn't listed. I have normally had great serive and nothing to complain about, but yesterday I bought 2 bacon guoda sandwiches for myself and my mom along with a ice tea and water through the drive-thru around 10:24 am. The employee was super hyped about life and it put a smile on my face.
I took my order home, we ate, it felt a little off but that can happen with those sandwiches. I went about my day. Around 11:30 pm, I began experiencing food poisoning (the politest way to put it). I thought it had to have been something I ate just a few hours before. But then my mom began vomiting 🤢 and then only thing we had together was our Starbucks.
Please do better on making sure cross contamination doesn't happen and temperatures are spot on. I am so grateful my daughter who was just released from Shands after having a Blood & Marrow Transplant didn't order anything. This would have surely sent her back to the hospital. I had to cancel my dentist appointment for 8 am because I was still vomiting and had to pay a $50 cancelation fee.
