Waited forever then got the wrong order. Ordered a black coffee and got one with sugar in it.

This Starbucks has gone downhill since opening. It is dirty and the furniture is worn out. Sad, it used to be very clean and well kept. The employees are good! I just hope I don't get sick

Worst starbucks experience EVER the drive thru teller was clueless on the order not being available when i got to the window and what items where available then proceeded to tell her co worker i was just scrolling on my phone when I was actually looking at the menu to see myself Then proceeded to ask someone in her head set if me and the driver where a couple or was he the child when I asked her why she was questioning if we where a "couple" she said she didn't say that and I said yes you did i heard you and then asked if he was the child she continued to argue with me and then admitted asking about my personal life when I said this is my son she literally said that's what I was asking so yeh she lied and was asking if my son and I where in a relationship or was he the child. Like thats weird why are you invested in a customers personal business in their car. She was very insulting about it too like I was an older woman with a younger man very disrespectful and rude and her attitude was as bad as the drink she handed me it had no flavorful taste and was bitter and terrible. I plan to call corporate this girls behavior was very strange even my "young" son said well she was strange but she needs to be fired or reprimanded for insulting customers and being in their personal business making them feel bad.
I'm not sure why but an off-the clock employee touched my drink and that's not very sanitary so I had to throw it in the garbage and left. I will never return to the store again. $6 down the drain because someone can't mine their own business.

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks location, visiting 4 to 5 times a week. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to stop going due to consistently disappointing service. Each time I ordered my White Chocolate Mocha, the cup was mostly filled with foam, leaving me with only half a cup of coffee despite paying over six dollars. I don’t believe I should have to request that my cup be filled properly. On top of that, there’s an expectation of a tip. After giving the store another chance this morning, the same issue occurred. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other customers in the future.
