This is the best Starbucks in town! The baristas and managers always go above and beyond and make you feel seen! They always do a great job with my drink and overall the inside is always clean and cozy if I want to sit there.

I tried looking up the phone number so I could speak directly to the manager, unfortunately it wasn't listed. I have normally had great serive and nothing to complain about, but yesterday I bought 2 bacon guoda sandwiches for myself and my mom along with a ice tea and water through the drive-thru around 10:24 am. The employee was super hyped about life and it put a smile on my face.
I took my order home, we ate, it felt a little off but that can happen with those sandwiches. I went about my day. Around 11:30 pm, I began experiencing food poisoning (the politest way to put it). I thought it had to have been something I ate just a few hours before. But then my mom began vomiting 🤢 and then only thing we had together was our Starbucks.
Please do better on making sure cross contamination doesn't happen and temperatures are spot on. I am so grateful my daughter who was just released from Shands after having a Blood & Marrow Transplant didn't order anything. This would have surely sent her back to the hospital. I had to cancel my dentist appointment for 8 am because I was still vomiting and had to pay a $50 cancelation fee.

Fantastic spot to grab coffee and food in cosy ambience. Very near to the UF, so ideal spot for completing your assignment or attend meeting! Perfect to hangout with friends! Plenty of parking and you can also have timely pick up! The service is great and the serve person are also cordial and delightful. Kids really enjoy the cake pop and pink drink and you can enjoy expresso or mocha!

I'm sad I didn't catch her name, but this morning I accidentally chose the wrong store to order ahead to. I hadn't really slept the night before and didn't think to verify. But the worker was SO NICE and made my drink anyway. I really really appreciated it. I've always had great experiences with the staff here. They're always upbeat and happy to help.

This Starbucks knocks it out of the park every time. My coffee is always right and the milk is perfect. Not over steamed or under. They are like Chick-fil-a when it comes to handling their line. I am never in it more than 10 minutes no matter how long it is. Their staff is always happy and cheerful. This is why this is my Starbucks location.

Charlie made me the best drink I’ve ever had hands down. I always get brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso so I’ve had countless versions of it and by far Charlie left me speechless I had to congratulate him. Great job on the atmosphere being so calm and clean too.

Customer service could be better. They seem to lack friendliness. Something I appreciate from going to many Starbucks is the warm approach. The gentleman working there did not have that today 5/4/2025 and this is even with his coworkers from just an outside view looking in for a few minutes.

Ordered a grande white Mocha to take to my spouse; please tell me why when I got home the cup was halfway full. Before that even happened while at the window I asked to add on a pack of Madeline cookies just to be told that I could not because the line was too long. But I just watched you give the car in front of me there drinks after they paid and then proceeded to hold an entire conversation. Adding my cookies would have taken a shorter time than that. 13th street next to GHS has some great workers and then some who show in more ways then one they did not want to come to work today.
