I would give a zero if I could. I am at my wits end with this location. Me and my fellow “buxers” (as we like to call ourselves) kennedy, Brooklyn, mikenna, and annemieke single-handedly keep this location in business. We venture to the NW 13th and 16th location each day in hopes of enriching the lives of our own as well as each team member we come across (we love you paul). Today, we were met with one of the most unkind, unfriendly, uninviting, MEAN buxer, Taylor. The humiliation we endured in the EMPTY line was nothing we have ever experienced before. Unbeknownst to us, it was a crime to mobile order 2 minutes before pulling into the empty lot. We tend to mobile order in hopes of alleviating the stress and struggles of 4 separate orders, as we have the best interest of the employees at heart (paul). When we encroached on the order window we were met with intense attitude upon our arrival due to our last minute orders. Taylor told us to get out of line and park and wait 5 minutes to reenter the line or go inside. We end up venturing into your location to only find, to our surprise, our orders ready, sitting and mocking us. The horror on our faces when had realized what she had done. Warm Frappuccino’s and melted refreshers are not our forte. We were extremely respectful inside of the establishment however I couldn’t hold my anger in once I got back into my car. Really disappointed because I don’t treat myself to Starbucks often bc it’s so expensive, but today I ordered the new iced gingerbread latte online for in-store pick up. I went inside and they had prepared it hot, so I very politely told the guy who handed it to me that I ordered iced and apologized TWICE (even though I shouldn’t really have to). He proceeded to make my new latte and then handed it to me. It’s supposed to come with whipped cream and pumpkin spice on top, and there was none. I didn’t mind that too much though. I got back out to my car, starting to drive away and took a few sips. All I could taste was oat milk. I stirred it very well and tried it again.. but still just oat milk. No syrup, nothing just coffee and oat milk. The latte doesn’t even come with oat milk in it. Why do you hire employees that find joy in ruining your customers day over a mistake that they made? I couldn’t even find parking again when I looped back around and at this point the line was out to the main road so I just gave up.

Please correct your posted hours. I went at 6:27pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked. Posted hours say closing is at 9pm, what gives?

Unfortunately I went in to this Starbucks for my birthday and was denied my birthday reward. The only advice they offered was "Call corporate." I though that would solve my problem and stayed on the phone with them all day. To my surprise they would not let me because "I do not use the app to pay." After talking to 3 different associates I realized they do not value people who spend money and do not use the app.

First off my server Chris was great!! The one star is his. The best thing about the meal was the tea. The omelet was small and runny, the biscuit wasn't that great, the diced potatoes were good. Not worth the $17 . The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff was busy turning tables. I've lived here 30 years and this is the first time I had the opportunity to go but won't go a second time.
