they hired a lot of new people. Not just new hires but new to the country. Not a problem but a took 25+ mins for 1 coffee.

Worst coffee shop ever... From the outside the building looked nice, and aesthetically pleasing. However once I entered, it took a shift for the worse. I was immediately met with the screams of caffeine-hyped teenagers. I proceeded to squeeze my way through the crowd of people, a girl on my left threw her drink almost hitting the barista, complaining she wanted extra whip. Once I made it to the counter I had to wait on the cashier who kept complaining how she couldn't get her tiktok right. Finally with a sassy attitude she asked what I wanted and I asked for a small black coffee, she immediately broke out into a rant about how I was wrong and it's called a tall, not a small. Once she calmed down she met me with a price tag of $7.58 and handed me a cup with not much more than a couple sips. Once I paid, I took a sip of my coffee and was met with the taste of burnt styrofoam. I was completely unhappy with my experience, from the crowded undersized shop, the long wait, and the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Therefore I will not be back at this establishment. - by J.

I honestly cannot say that I am a fan of Starbucks. However, a lot of business clients want me to meet them one of these locations. I guess I can say that I am not the biggest fan of coffee, however, it is still hard to justify the prices they charge for a cup of coffee. From the amount of people in this location, many disagree with my opinion. That is certainly okay. The service here was relatively friendly and professional. We were together a coffee and sit down and quickly go over some business. Overall, I guess I will close this by saying that if you are a fan of Starbucks, this will be the experience that you expect. If by some chance you are unfamiliar with Starbucks, if you like designer brands on your coffee as well as your clothes, this could be a good experience. However, if you embrace the concept of coffee being priced appropriately, this might not be the place for you.

I ordered a sandwich on the app here and didn’t receive it when I had someone pick up my order when I called I was told they do not refund online orders I am very disappointed and unhappy
