I don’t doubt the claims in terrible service when busy.

I had a good experience, but granted it was not busy.

Also remember your in a college town, these are kids. Right or wrong, don’t expect maturity from the immature. It’s a coffee shop in the mall, no one wants to be there lol.

Took a VERY long time to get our drinks, rude workers, took 15 minutes to make, commented on a private conversation we were having. Then turned her back when making out drinks which was very suspicious. This was terrible service. WE will not be coming back!

While stopping to browse at the mall we decided to get some coffee. The Starbucks looked busy, but the line was moving. I placed our order of a caramel Frappachino and an iced coffee with almond milk.
The wait wasn’t too long, and soon our drinks were ready.
I sipped my iced coffee and couldn’t believe how absolutely disgusting it tasted. It tasted sour, and actually burnt my throat going down. I paused and asked my husband to taste it… he was repulsed. Something was very,very bad. I brought this to the attention of the barista, who was very rude. He looked at me like I was nuts. Defended the order and insisted that it was correct. I tried to explain that it tasted horrible, and he acted like I was a bother…. Asking me if I wanted one remade with milk! Uh no!! I ordered almond milk because I can’t tolerate dairy. He just stood there… with no other option available I threw my drink away. Lesson learned. I’ve spent my last dollar at Starbucks. Disappointed with the unhelpful customer service, and the attitude of the barista.

STOP THE PAPER STRAW NONSENSE PLEASE. It melts down before your frozen drink. It bends if you try to mix the drink with it. I understand there is a good thought behind it but it just doesn't work. If you use the same logic, you should get rid of plastic cups and poor Frappuccino in peoples pockets. Bring back normal straws until you come up with environmentally friendly straw that works. Myself and many people I know avoid this coffee shop just because of those stupid straws. Its a shame because frozen drinks taste really good.

Today my daughter in law and I went in for coffee and the lady was AMAZING! We were greeted promptly by a sweet employee. I asked what exactly it was that my daughter in law had ordered and she told me exactly what it was, gave suggestions on flavors that could be added to make the drink even better. She even offered to make a sample for me to try! I have been a Starbucks coffee drinker for many years, but have NEVER had the service we received today! No employee has ever offered a sample (didn't know they would)! She answered all the questions about the products they offer and was very friendly! EXCELLENT customer service!!!

It seems the employees at this store don't want to do their job. I got a grande vanilla iced coffee w/ almond milk, and he handed me an unsweetened small. When I asked him why my coffee wasn't a large, he insisted that it was because the sticker said so. ? He just didn't want to go back and fix his screw up. This isn't the first time, either. The employees working here are lazy and rude.

When we ordered we overhead someone complaining at the staff for taking forever. Turns out it was foreshadowing. The guy making the hot coffee was spaced out and probably wouldn’t pass a sobriety test. Took 20+ minutes and by the time we left the other patrons were about to grab their torches and pitchforks thanks to this husk of an employee.

the manager Malissa was very rude and took forever with my drink and gave me lip when I asked about it by saying rude things. she started speaking Spanish to me just because I looked Hispanic. I did not like her service one bit and I would not recommend letting her serve you.
