Today my daughter in law and I went in for coffee and the lady was AMAZING! We were greeted promptly by a sweet employee. I asked what exactly it was that my daughter in law had ordered and she told me exactly what it was, gave suggestions on flavors that could be added to make the drink even better. She even offered to make a sample for me to try! I have been a Starbucks coffee drinker for many years, but have NEVER had the service we received today! No employee has ever offered...
3 employees, but only one consistently working on drinks, one kept disappearing to talk to friends, cashier was as well, would make a drink for someone behind us , while several of us were waiting. disappointed to say the

I had a good experience, but granted it was not busy.
Also remember your in a college town, these are kids. Right or wrong, don’t expect maturity from the immature. It’s a coffee shop in the mall, no one wants to be there lol.
