I only came to write a review because one of the songs they were playing had such a strong base my table kept vibrating every 5 minutes. Made me think my phone was blowing up and it pissed me off. Other than that, great service. The staff were very nice and professional.

We were the first customers of the day at a crisp 5:30 am. I gave a funny comment about being at Starbucks at the crack of dawn and it was responded to by the most uninterested comment of our whole 14,000 driving trip. How about a smile and a nice attitude from a place referred to as "Sweet Home Alabama"? Sheesh. The rest was typical Starbucks.

I parked behind the building during a hurricane. It blocked the wind, and 2 hrs later, after my nap, the storm passed far enough for me to continue my trip south.

Thank you Reid and drive through staff this morning (Sunday AM). I asked about the new Fall flavors, the person was so so friendly and professional. She then suggested two pumps of white moch into the apple maccihiato saying "its like a warm Fall hug." Like many people, I'd been struggling these last few weeks and had planned a morning of delicious coffee and a trip outdoors with my dog to lift my spirits. I told her "yes I could use a hug this morning" and ordered my drink. I was happily surprised and deeply touched when I arrived at the window and Reid greeted me with a warm smile and caring attitude, gave me some stickers and remarked "its going to get better." That was the sweetest most perfect thing I needed that morning. The drink was really good too. Thank you all for a wonderful experience, we never know how much a few words of kindness and genuine care can have a profound impact on others- even in the drive through. *** the pic is at Kanapaha gardens with my Pup and the drink
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. To begin, placed a mobile order, went got gas, took kiddos to the bathroom, a good 30 minutes before I even went to pick it up. When I did, had to wait 20 minutes for 1 and they I form me it will be around 15 to get the other drink, a Frappuccino. Canceled the one, got to the vehicle and there was a bug in my coffee. Took it back in and they made us wait 30 minutes for another drink. Terrible service, terrible management, and bugs.... disgusting

Wow. I have to say this is the experience im expecting when I walk into a coffee shop. Smiles and laughter from the employees while they work. Chill music and positive vibes all around.
I got the mocha frappe with non dairy cream and the lady who made my drink did a great job.
I hope everyone else can get my experience, I recommend this location
