I went in to get a footling sub, and they were completely out of chicken, which is fine, I work in a restaurant and have also worked for Subway before. So I ordered a different kind of sub. Then got down to the toppings, and all they had left was 4 slices of tomatoes, pickles that looked like mush, and banana peppers. I wanted extra sauce on my sub but couldn’t get that either because the bottle was empty. All the tables in here are dirty, the drink station is filthy, there is napkins and food all over the floor, and the employee is just standing behind the counter staring at people. I am a VERY understanding person. But I just paid $14 for a sub that had barely anything on it, and wasn’t even what I originally wanted. I asked for a cup for water and he told me he would have to charge me for the cup lol I will never be back here.

I would close Down subway. Never again. No mozzarella. And by my guesses the meatballs and sauce were from Saturday by the taste of it burnt.

Literally stood in the restaurant for over 10 minutes around 1:00pm and not a single employee to be seen. Completely unattended and could not be served. Multiple other people walked out that could not be served either.

The very rude girl . That thinks she is very special ?? With her nasty ? attitude . I think she totally thinks she is a manger ?? Poor service , Bread was stale . This is the reason why I hate all SUBWAYS !! They suck !! I’ll never ever put a .0.1 into there pocket . They are all rip - offs !! Please subway Owners . Do something with this nasty disgusting ? subway you have inside Walmart . This place is trash ???

Was a depressing experience. Girl looked like she hated her job more than life itself. Was horrible at making sandwiches. Sometimes you gotta DO BETTER!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went in to order and were immediately told he had another order to do and we that we needed to sit down and wait. When asked if it was a big order he said no (it was 1 sub) mind you there was no one else in line. I ordered 1- 6 inch bmt on white and my husband ordered 1 -6 inch tuna on white. He proceeded to make both subs without cutting the bread (that is the first time i have EVER experienced that one). We asked him to cut the bread first as I did not want cross contamination on my sub. He stated "no because he had to move it down to put the toppings on it anyway so he would just cut it after". Wow! We told him to cancel the order and just left.

Ordered the Turkey Vault. Firstly they said the fresh mozzarella was out of stock. Then the guy went on to toast the sub with all the veggies and burnt some of them. And to top it off he did not even add the guacamole to it. Horrible service from this store.The one down south on NW 13th St is far better than them.Update - Was able to get hold of the manager to get the refund

The wheat bread i ordered was not fresh.The seating area really needs to be cleaned and the drink area is dirty.
