Well when you order two subs with double meat and pay for it you may expect to get it but then here you go.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We went in to order and were immediately told he had another order to do and we that we needed to sit down and wait. When asked if it was a big order he said no (it was 1 sub) mind you there was no one else in line. I ordered 1- 6 inch bmt on white and my husband ordered 1 -6 inch tuna on white. He proceeded to make both subs without cutting the bread (that is the first time i have EVER experienced that one). We asked him to cut the bread first as I did not want cross contamination on my sub. He stated "no because he had to move it down to put the toppings on it anyway so he would just cut it after". Wow! We told him to cancel the order and just left.

Ordered the Turkey Vault. Firstly they said the fresh mozzarella was out of stock. Then the guy went on to toast the sub with all the veggies and burnt some of them. And to top it off he did not even add the guacamole to it. Horrible service from this store.The one down south on NW 13th St is far better than them.Update - Was able to get hold of the manager to get the refund

Ordered Meatball sub meatballs like rocks and burned no selection of bread always out of bread people that work there some are not lazy And incompetent but most are You don't need to be paid minimum wage

Only been once since I've been in Florida, but staff was friendly and I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich.

Not all Subway restaurants are created equal. The only go to is on 13th Street and 52nd Avenue right next to Home Depot. I will driving 15 minutes to that restaurant just to have them serve me. To the super staff who work that Subway restaurant. I wish I could give more than five stars. keep up the good work. FLO, GLENN, DAVID, DAN, TABBY, AND most of all ASH.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went in with 4 hungry kids all 8 and under. And they wanted meatball subs. And it was around lunch time 12:15. They had enough for one sub. Okay. I ask, I needed 2. Can you figure something out or do we need to go somewhere else? She said, somewhere else because we only have enough for one. Okay, can you make more? Or not? No, not right now. Poor service! To run someone off with kids for one, and the poor customer service.
