Moble order not ready or started after 25 minutes after order submitted. Didn't have advertised drinks. Oven out of service. Staff was polite and apologetic.

Would give a negative 5 if I could. Out of cups, lids, bread, chips and even yellow mustard. This location is attached to a convenience store or walk next door to Publix - just close for the day. Owner stated supply chain issues….,

They were out of ALLLLLLL cheese except pepper jack and white american cheese. how are you gonna be out of that?!!!! they were out of STEAK they were out of EVERYTHING. what is wrong with you? at this point, close the place. put up signs, do SOMETHING.
and they still sell everything at FULL PRICE, they will let you order things and halfway through suddenly say OH were out of this huge important ingredient for the sub you ordered! I am never coming back, and you shouldn’t go either. INSANE waste of time, and extremely low quality ingredients, and it’s dirty and nasty in there too.

My boyfriend and I ordered footlongs on the app and once we went in to pick it up the worker told us that they were closed when the doors were unlocked and it was 15 minutes before close and when we inquired about our orders she told my boyfriend flat out that they had no rotisserie chicken and didn’t offer any other option and when I got my food it was absolutely drenched in mayonnaise and overall the sandwich wasn’t good at all.

The most rudest employees I've ever met in my entire life. I walked in ready to pick up my order at around 10pm, only for the employee to say "I'm not doing online orders", & get mad when I requested a refund. Her anger was so misplaced and odd, I'm was sitting there wondering did I do something wrong?? A week later I placed another order hoping to get a different employee and it was the nastiest sub I had in my entire life. And it only had 3 ingredients but the employee DROWNED it in salt & pepper, making it inedible.

My friend and I have eaten here 3 Mondays a month for close to 2 years. It is always clean and quiet with pretty good service. Nice to have Circle K next door. Highly recommend.

They were workers were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. But they seemed inexperienced which is no fault to them. I would be concerned with freshness at this location during the evening hours.

My family enjoyed the subs that Courtney made. What I appreciate the most is that she washed her hands before making them. She was very patient with me & I greatly appreciate it. Brooklyn was great as well when she cashed me out. I appreciate the extra care.. wink wink!! ?

Came in and the girl making the subs had pink headphones on, didn’t pay any attention to me or greet me lol, usually when subs are being toasted they’d start another guests sandwich but she chose to go to the back to make it seem like she was working, came out empty handed when the oven beeped lol. Could use some training in her customer service department, or maybe a different job, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and it showed.
Went in here and first if all my bowl wasn't even half full and there was ranch on the salad when I went back in to get it corrected the guy ignored me for like 3-4 mins then when he did help me he said it was my mistake so I'm stuck with it won't be going here ever again

When we arrived we had to call until we were tired because there was no one at the front... the lady who served us... very disrespectful... with a very bad character, when asked why part of the menu was covered, she asked another worker who did not know, in a defiant manner .. the truth is that she is a disgraceful worker for a prestigious fast food chain… the truth is that she leaves a lot to be desired about her as a person and about the restaurant chain for hiring her…
