Honestly how much training does it take to make a sandwich.When you order a hot sandwich on not toasted bread it doesn't take much common sense to cook the meat then add to sandwich.Honestly subway should just close its doors at this point.You can get a better sandwich from a convenience store and spend a fraction of the money.

I'm literally standing at the counter right now. I've been here for 9 minutes. The girl working as not said one word to me. I'm here to pick up an online order. That was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. It's not ready or at least I don't think it is. There is only one other customer here and they have already been helped. I'm not sure what's going on. I tried getting her attention but she just turned around. I think shes making my order now. I think...... I don't think I'm going to be coming back. This isn't just bad customer service, it's rude.

Tyler was very rude when I told her my sandwich was made wrong and got very rude when I asked for a refund told me to eat it or throw it away asked if it could be remade and she told me no will never come back and will be contacting her manager for the disrespect I received VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The absolute worst...ran out of bread for a online order then never could tell me when a manager would be there to refund me after my order when through and all they could do was laugh..worse experience in years...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

My mother and Icame in here with a pretty large order today the person behind the counter was working by their self I believe their name was Keon. They were awesome handled us with ease. friendliness. and with no rush to the next. They had online orders coming in more people coming in the store Plus had some issues that we’re going on on the outside that had to be dealt with and never lost their stuff. 100 to them today.
