It was early morning coming gone from hospital and the girl behind the counter was very nice and gracious! Made the trip home a little better!

Worse subway in Gainesville they are slow and understaffed
My only complain it have your workers CHANGE THEIR GLOVES with every new order! I end up not ordering just beside of that. So gross!!!

A bug landed on my bread and the employee squished it into the sandwich and continued adding condiments as if nothing happened.
Very dirty prep area as well, I will not be back.

It’s sad that this is the only place open for employees and patients at the hospital. They fired Andy and Jonathan and the place as been spiraling down since. Every time I ATTEMPT to get food it’s always disorganized, dirty, and just sad. The manager is AWFUL and I feel absolutely terrible for the employees. Hopefully something can be done because we have to eat!

If I could give 0 I would. It Is sad when this subway is THE ONLY PLACE “OPEN” at the hospital for staff and family members, and supposedly “24 hrs”, and the girl working says “oh ere closed” at 2am when trying to get in line….
The managers need to fix this and figure something out. It’s very much annoying, displeasing, and unprofessional.

Came into a short staffed subway yet again. The general manager keeps firing people then replacing them with people who have no idea what they are doing. The crew tonight consisted of two ladies who were trying their hardest but the line was so slow moving , it was almost at a standstill. Unfortunately they need training on how to make sandwiches. I ordered a tuna sandwich and the person making it gave me way too much tuna and just smushed it into my bread. Honestly all these night crews have been awful. BRING BACK TONI, ANDY, AND JONATHAN!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting this location as soon as I get the chance. It is ridiculous here!

Well I came by tonight to find that none of the usual night crew were there, but the general manager was. I asked where the night crew was and no one would answer me. Im sure the manager there tonight has something to do with it. This subway will probably be too gross to eat at once new people take over.
Well, the manager almost didn’t let the person making my salad cut up the tomatoes for “contamination” purposes. I find that crazy because the “manager” in question was wearing pajamas rather than a uniform, and was leaning all over the food. Clearly this manager doesn’t understand cleanliness.

Overnights was understaffed. General manager got rid of the only hard working employees. Watched her touch her face and hair with gloves on that were not changed afterwards. Gross.

Andy and Johnathan are the dream team. I order every weekend and a lot of the time they’re flying solo and they operate together seamlessly. Keeping up with orders and engaging with customers while also keeping the line moving. They’re both impressive and invaluable staff, I hope this makes it to their management team, they deserve recognition for their tireless work and positive personalities in what could quickly become overwhelming lines!

Those nightshift boys!! ???? Always a good sandwich, convo, and show. They sling out yummy foods pretty fast and seem to play well with others.
