Great subway to go to when you're heading to a park! My partner and I like to take our dogs to squirrel ridge, and this subway is just down the street a short ways. We always get the subs and head over to let the puppers have the time of their lives!
Service is usually a little bit slow though, so if there's a long line you'll be there slightly longer than you'd probably expect

I just left this Subway. The sandwich wasn't bad no complaints on it. But I also asked for 2 of the double chocolate cookies, well I didn't see him put the cookies into the bag. But I am now about to eat them and they are chocolate chips not the double chocolate cookies I asked for. That's why I gave them 2 stars. Customer service is very important.
They were really nice. Got a simple sub and the card reader wouldn't work. My husband is in the hospital and they were extremely nice. Gainesville has been nothing but nice to us the whole time we've been here experiencing what he's going through in the hospital. Thank you guy whoever you were

I am writing to specifically point to the food and service that I got today, after a lot of years! For a long time, this Subway had been rolling way too much low quality. I have had an experience where they made a wrong sandwich through an online order, and when I asked them to fix it, they again made major errors. The level of concern that employee showed wasn't the best I had seen elsewhere. I had stopped going to this place altogether, even after their recent renovation. Their sandwiches were lean, uncooked, droopy up until this morning's visit. Things were much different. To my surprise, the sandwiches were good quality and right size. The fillings were well done: before they didn't put enough veggies even after my request. Shouting out to two ladies: Shaquita and Tamara - they did a good job this morning! If this quality is maintained, I'll head over more often. Unfortunately their refrigerator didn't have kids' drinks, e.g. milk, so I took away a few stars, but I'm writing this review because I'm impressed with the sandwich quality as well as their behavior towards customers.

Manager was clearly rushing trying to get everyone's order done since he was the only one working. He was also clearly annoyed and getting snappy with the customers. I enjoy Subway but if they can't hire and keep enough workers in this location I will quit going
Bad attention… The guy who works has bad attention... bad attitude, if not he is a manager, he is someone high-end because I saw that he attended to requests, he was rude, poorly educated and with a pedantic attitude

My food was made wrong and when I came back up there to have it remade I was met with a attitude by the general manager because I had the audacity to want my food made properly. Then as he is going back and forth with me and raising his voice I said I'll just take a refund and then he snatched the food out my hands and acted like he wanted to come from behind the counter and fight. So I left cause I'm not trying to hurt no old man. To top it all off he refunded me less money than what I paid for. This place is a joke, and one day someone with less restraint is gonna hurt him if something isn't done. I've already reported to corporate but I doubt they will do anything seeing as they made "HIM" a general manager lmao.

I can see why this subway has a low review score, they have very rude and nasty workers and then when you ask to speak to the GM he's comes out with a attitude and was rude also when you show them your sandwiches was made right,and you bring it to their attention, they don't like when you prove them wrong.. I don't know if this subway is a franchise or if it's locally own, but the behavior of there employees is uncalled for and not to mention there very disrespectful to their customers, and then want to laugh when the customers walk out... So don't waste your time going to this subway cause all you gonna get is a messed up sandwiches and they don't want to remake them, like it's your fault.. smh they need a whole new crew and GM.

I came today September 27, 2024 and I had nothing, they charged me a subway just for the bread and pepperoni with the same price of something full, I will never come here again

Not much i can say about this location besides that it's up to standard for a Subway. The wait time was longer than I would've liked, but the food was fine and I was paying with a gift card so it is what it is. Not sure if I'll return as there's already 2 subways on campus.
