Pick up order. Sub had barely any meat and tasted weird. They added the wrong dressing. Didn’t follow instructions either. Woman working had poor customer. No parking. Would not recommend.

This location was immaculate and the store manager was very professional and knowledgeable about everything subway!. I had a bad appointment but went to lunch there after and it was THE most rewarding experience I've ever had at a subway restaurant. The manager was kind, the service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious. This has to be the cleanest subway ever. Great job Candice Sheppard

Came in Friday witg my children and everything was what it needed to be . Staff was friendly, even offered toy but my kids a cookie ! 10 out of 10 , highly recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only were the workers extremely rude, for some reason she apologized to the people behind me because I had more than one sub to make. She was very passive agressive and if looks could kill I’d be dead. 0/10 don’t recommend.

This subway is located inside of the Davis Cancer
Pavilion. That being said, most people here are probably here for some sort of treatment or doctor’s visit. Today was my husbands first radiation treatment and we decided to eat on property so we would be close. We we walked up to order not one friendly word was said! What do you want? No smile…. Not helpful when we asked a question and just pointed at the menu was a nasty look on her face. The next lady was equally as unfriendly…. I asked if they had Italian dressing and she said no, and pointed at the different sauces they had rudely. Wow…. These ladies have no business working at a place with people that are already having a rough day!!! Shame on both of them for not being friendly and uplifting to to each person that walks through that line. And, to top it off, the place was a mess…. Garbage overflowing, some of the drink dispensers weren’t working, and it needed a good cleaning all over. Not what you would expect at a place like this for sure.

Subway in Medial Plaza UF health. 2pm Friday. Showed Open, Sign showed Open. Two female employees standing there chating and cleaning. Came to counter to order and told closed for cleaning early as it was the weekend and not open on Saturday or Sunday. I said, oh, what time do you close? In 1 hour at 3pm. Well it is 2pm now and your here sending away customers! So you can clean and get out of here on time? Wow!

Candace was working in flip-flops. The manager Janisha I believe is what she said her name was would not smile when I asked if there was any other lettuce besides the brown the manager said no you can get spinach. The drink counter was messy sticky stuff everywhere they had a big sign, no refills, but I only filled my cup up halfway because it was full From the carbonation from the diet Dr Pepper so when I got up to fill up the rest of the way full Candace had turned machine off, so I turned it back on and she yelled at me and said no refills no refills and I said I didn’t fill my cup all the way because it was full of foam and she argued with me

I asked for sweet onion chicken teriyaki, I asked her to warm the chicken up, she did not, she toasted my sandwich with plain chicken with the cheese on top, then squirted the sweet onion on top of my cheese and then I asked for a little chipotle sauce and she squirted a bunch on only one side. I’m really pissed off I don’t even want the sandwich. It felt unwelcoming so I didn’t ask her to fix it

Staff acted annoyed to be there. No “hello” or any sign of courtesy when ordering, just stared at you and acted devoid of any emotion while you ordered. Barely said a single word at any part of the delivery process, despite trying to be personable and have light conversation. Really just kind of made you feel like they want you to get your order over with.

Went to the hospital for cancer stuff and tried to get something to eat the big price out front said one price the price they charged me was way different, when I confronted them about it I was told " da buttin I press says dis " then the manager said " ain't nuttin I kens does bout it ". Check your stuff before you give them your card

I was in this unit 2 years ago and now decided to give a 2nd chance, i had one of the worst services ever done in a Subway.If you enjoy rude employees, come here and have one of the worst experiences you could find: they definitely pretend they don't understand you, preparing a sandwich completely different from what you have requested.They emphasize they don't wanna be there, talking to you in a way you are disturbing them.Now there won't be a 3rd chance, never come back here again

Had a sandwhich for lunch and it was so good! Sadly seems like no one wipes down the soda area but the food was good. The guys behind the counter were awesome too.
